Thank you very much for your feedback. I will pass your thoughts on to the owners of this unit right away. I am very approachable and certainly would have brought you new pillows, sheets and kitchen items if I had known you were not satisfied. I give my contact information to my guests before arrival in case there are questions, concerns or any needs during the visit, and I truly always follow through. We really do listen to our guests in order to make necessary improvements. We have not had any other complaints about these items this year or I would have taken care of everything before you arrived. As for the coziness of the unit itself, the pictures on VRBO are within a couple years old, so I would guess you saw the unit and it's decor when you booked. I am; however, super happy to read that you enjoyed your 9th floor views of the ocean and the pool! These views really are second to none! For your inconvenience, I have decided not to charge you for the brand new broken Lockley door lock on the main door along with the other broken items and garbage left in the unit. Hi Ashley ~ I just read over our few texts from your visit and we actually had a positive conversation about the items you listed above. As you know, the balcony light indeed worked, but the fixture itself needed replacing by the COA. This should not have affected your visit, but if it did, I am sincerely sorry. I also happily offered to send my cleaner back to take care of anything that was not done to your satisfaction (the dusty vent) and you declined my offer saying it was not a big deal. The bunk bed is very safe. We do safety inspections often. I do, however, hope to see newer bunk beds go in yet this year. And you will be happy to hear that the new barstools have been ordered by the owner as well - thank you for letting me know that they were peeling! Lastly, the new Lockley lock went in a week before your arrival. Unfortunately the plunger/deadbolt gets damage when guests leave it out to keep the door open and wind catches the door and slams the plunger which damages it. We can usually see when this happens because the lock records when the door is locked and unlocked by which guests. No one was accusing you nor did we charge you. I was just sharing what the lock recorded. I happily took care of everything without bothering you. We were able to hammer out the plunger and have ordered new parts for the lock. I hope you saw that I was very responsive and quick to address what you reported. I also truly hope you enjoyed your visit to the beach and know that we are on top of things!!!
