Great stay

Great location, quite and comfortable. Was a treat to have the ducks come tight up to the patio our little boy loved to feed the bread! Only one thing I would say is master bed is a bit hard (needs a mattress topper or something 😬) but overall a great price for a great stay.

Perfect condo for families

Our stay at story lake was everything we hoped for and the condo includes everything thing we could ask for we did see pictures of bunk beds in the listings but found 2 single beds in the room instead of a bunk bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great space / location and close to theme parks

Great space and location. Close to all the theme parks. Spacious interior and is as described in the listing. Bonus is the waterpark facilities on site. The place needs some TLC though - paint touch ups and some new furniture maybe - but I suspect its due to the high volume of turnover in the suite.

Basic rental and poor quality

Plan on bringing an extra suitcase for basics, generally supplied by vacation rentals. We were given 2 tiny bottles of shampoo, a couple of cheap soap bars, one dishwasher pellet, and 2 small garbage bags for the entire family to use for the week. There were no coffee filters. The towels were terrible, super thin and scratchy. One ply toilet paper. The main toilet was loose. The ladder to the top bunk had a missing bolt. One bedroom window was detached, and the property manager did not respond to our email concern. The master mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Overall you’d get better service and amenities at a Best Western. The property management company is looking to make $ and does not seem interested in quality or hospitality.

Not like pictures

First of all the condo is not at all like the pictures. Furniture is different including living room chairs and bedroom advertised as a bunk bed is now no longer bunks. Second the condo is not very clean. Floors are dirty, baseboards are filthy, and they don’t even give you any extra toilet paper. Lastly, we had people running above us all night from 8pm on and even when asked to bed quiet they wouldn’t and I complained to email address provided and got no response. Basically it was kids running around upstairs all night past 12 at night. Area is beautiful, condo building is beautiful, last complaint would be to buy a drink at the pool. You can’t bring any outside drinks and theirs are an hour wait in line to get and 13.00 dollars per drink.

Dear Lindsey, first of all thanks for staying with us. Unfortunately we changed the bunk bed because it was not convenient for most adult guests, we now have a twin and a single bed in that bedroom, which fits better in general. We did this in the best interest of our guests and we are truly sorry it was not was you expected. Regarding cleaning, condo has an inspections prior to your arrival and we received no comments from you during the stay. If you had encountered something that was not to your liking and reached out, we would have definitely helped with that, we are happy to serve! Now, supplies. We only provide initial supplies, not meant for a long stay. Vacation rentals are not like hotels, it's a different experience. Here you are supposed to make it your home, experience it as if it was yours! that's the magic of it. We go ahead and provide initial supplies just to avoid guests of having to go out same day of arrival to buy, in order for them to rest and recover after what could have been a long flight or drive. Stayed here as our daughters attended AAU Nationals at the OCCC. Great location. Convenient to many stores, airport and restaurants. Very clean.

Extremely satisfied.

Great stay overall. Can’t beat the price for what you get. Overall, you need to prepare for everyday items and such, but compared to a hotel and/or other rentals, it was very convenient. Overall, it was clean and welcoming.

Fun week in Orlando

Check in and out was Such a breeze. Literally one of the easiest parts of the whole trip and the house was ready upon arrival. We loved how spacious it was and all the extra amenities included were amazing. We will be recommending this place to all the friends and family as well as coming back for sure! Thanks so much!

Great location, family friendly layout and very quiet despite dense population

Great end unit on the first floor with a great layout. We really enjoyed the quiet nature of this condo even though the building appeared to be packed. I’d have to imagine extra time and attention was paid to sound deadening. Loved the furniture and bedding. This was a great place to stay for a week.
