You’ll love the playful themed bedrooms, private balcony, and the incredible resort amenities that include a lazy river, waterslides, mini‑golf, and more. In the heart of Storey Lake, you’re close to Orlando’s world‑class theme parks, outlet shopping, golf, and a wide range of dining options. Easy community parking is available right by the building.



Walk into a clean, open layout with cool tile floors and soft, calming colors. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals, featuring stone counters, full-size appliances, and a dining table for six. A large island seats 4 and the adjacent dining table seats 6, making meals and game nights a breeze. A coffee station with both K‑cups and drip options keeps everyone happy. After a day at the parks, unwind in the comfy living area for movie night and conversation. The open living area features a comfy leather sofa, accent chairs, and a large flat‑screen TV. Slide open the glass doors to your covered balcony with wicker seating and open community views—perfect for morning coffee or sunset chats.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Condominium during your stay. That includes all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.



The Neighborhood:

Storey Lake is a destination in itself. Your stay includes access to:

• Lagoon-style pool, lazy river, dual water slides, kids’ splash areas, and a tiki hut

• Mini-golf island, sand volleyball court, and half basketball court

• Lakeside dock with kayak and canoe rentals plus a peaceful gazebo for sunset views

• A separate, quieter community pool near the condo

If you have your own vehicle, Storey Lake Resort provides ample parking spaces for guests. Simply follow the signs within the resort to locate your designated parking area. Please ensure that you adhere to any parking regulations to avoid any inconvenience.

Within Storey Lake Resort, you'll find various amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, and recreational areas. These facilities are typically within walking distance from our vacation home. Please refer to the resort map or inquire at the resort's front desk for specific locations and operating hours.



3. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:

- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.

- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

- Public Transportation: The public transportation options in the area may vary. We recommend checking with the resort's front desk or conducting a quick online search to find out about bus routes, schedules, and fares, if available.



4. Rental Cars:

If you didn't bring your own vehicle and prefer the convenience of having a car at your disposal, there are several car rental agencies located nearby. You can arrange for a rental car prior to your arrival or inquire us for assistance in finding a suitable rental service.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

We have full-time handymen, managers, inspectors, and housekeeping staff available within our company schedule to support you.
