The VRBO had everything we needed for a week stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and was perfectly located near the greenway, beaches, restaurants, and fun things to do. They also have everything you would need for the beach (towels, umbrella, beach chairs). We so much enjoyed having breakfast on the screened-in patio. Elsa is also such an amazing host. This is our second time staying at Elsa’s and highly recommend her.

Great neighborhood

Our stay was very pleasant. There was a lot of space for my entire family and the rooms were all clean. The host was very nice and communicated with me throughout our visit. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Holidays with grand daughter and three great grand daughters.

Our family had a great time at Island time house, it was. Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to beaches and restaurants. Elsa was the host and did a great job and very pleasant.

Lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood.

We spent 6 nights in the rental home. Everything was wonderful. Decorated with ocean theme, adorable. Kitchen had all you needed. About 10 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach Would recommend and certainly would stay again. The owner was very quick to address any questions we had. Lovely clean home.

Pleasant stay.

The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood one block from the Pinellas bike trail. It was clean and comfortable and my stay was pleasant. Communication with and response by Elsa, the host, was excellent. A broken ceiling fan was quickly repaired.

I would highly recommend staying here. It is quiet and sits right next to a bike trail system. Elsa was prompt in handling all maintenance concerns and remedied some minor issues quickly. This is a quaint little home and is fairly close to the beach too. I was thankful for such a seamless stay.

Island Time House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Island Time House in February. The house was comfortable, had a well-stocked kitchen and, best of all, it was very clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for getting out for a walk. Only one block to the Pinellas Bike Trail and a short walk to Taylor Lake, both areas great for walking. Taylor Lake has quite a few alligators and lots of bird life. We had no problems and the general questions we did have were responded to very promptly, great communication. We would certainly stay here on our next visit to Florida

It is closed to market, stores, n beach

It is convenient to almost everything. The wifi connection needs to list the connection name and the password together. And it should state that in order for the wifi to work, the TV must be on. We had to call to get this going!

Could be….

The house could be a 5 if Elsa would update a few things. Loved the neighborhood, very quiet. Elsa never checked on us…if we needed anything. Places to see or where to go. We have always had contacted with the owners. We stayed 5 weeks. We were looking for our place to rent every year as snowbirds. I guess we will keep looking. There were blankets on the couches and a plastic tablecloth on kitchen table, I removed them because in the ad they weren’t on…and it looked better. Loved sitting on the back porch so peaceful.

The property is as advertised and is updated. We keep the property well maintained and sanitized. The tropical throws on the couches is a part of the decor as was suggested by previous guests. We do respect the privacy of guests and it is our policy to give them their space. When guests inform us that they are familiar with the area then that's their choice to do activities of their choosing. There are brochures indicating attractions of the area. We communicate periodically with the guests to ensure that their stay is going ok. Since COVID19 Pandemic many guests have indicated that they do not necessarily want to meet and interact with the hosts. If there are no issues then it is our policy to allow the guest to enjoy their stay without the host imposing on their stay. We are locals and will assist the guest to have a pleasant stay. During this stay there were no emergencies, no appliances or anything malfunctioned. We encourage guests to communicate with us and let us know how the stay is going during their stay and not after they have left. The guest indicated that their stay was going fine. A Great Location for Many Purposes

This sweetly decorated three-bedroom home lived up to our expectations and beyond. The owners personalized my 6- week stay, as I'd asked if they could find a chair for me to prop my feet up, considering some leg issues I have. They were very gracious in providing a special chair for the living room so I could enjoy TV watching with other guests. This rental felt like home and was quiet at night when we went to bed. I was thankful to be near a bike trail as not having to drive anywhere to get walking in was a huge plus considering some of my health issues. The guys in our group really enjoyed barbequing outdoors as they didn't do that at home with the freezing winters where we live. The property was in driving range of several beaches and Greek and seafood restaurants. One day we also checked out the Ringling Circus attraction and Siesta Key, making it back to this rental by bedtime. I'm really sensitive, so I found the master bed too firm for me, but all the other guests said it was fine for them. How I wish this property wasn't already taken for the February and March dates I wanted next year!! Highly recommend these friendly owners who kindly gave excellent attention.

We had a comfortable stay here. We especially enjoyed walking to Taylor Park and seeing alligators and turtles! The house is so close to many gorgeous beaches. We had a great time.
