When we moved to this 2-story, 4 bedroom mid-century house in the hills we decided to bring brightness and color to every room for maximum joy... and after spending all year inside, we're glad we did! We think your family will love the unique and fun atmosphere as much as we do.
The kitchen is one of our favorite spaces. It's been recently renovated and is fully equipped for making big family meals or just to hang out at the counter and sip some coffee. If it’s nice out (it usually is!), you have the option of grilling outside and dining al fresco on our back patio or front balcony.
The house feels quite spacious, but at the same time, warm and cozy. There are plenty of spots to rest and relax, like the living room overlooking the tranquil street and treetops, or outside in the side gardens. We have lemon, grapefruit, apple and loquat trees. The family room in the back of the house is equipped with a projector for movie screenings and a gas fireplace. You can enjoy a bath or shower in the cool open plan bathroom. There are multiple workspaces for working at home or bring your computer out to the garden.
The house is very kid-friendly, with books and toys aplenty and a room with bunk beds. The outdoor space also has climbing equipment, swings and a basketball hoop. There is even a secret hideaway under the stairs!
Our house offers gorgeous views of the surrounding area, including the Eagle Rock, a rock formation shaped like an eagle that gives the neighborhood its name. The house is located on a secluded street with lush greenery, perfect for walks in the cool morning.
