The house is located within the Porto Ixtapa subdivision with a privileged location that offers one of the most spectacular views that Ixtapa can offer towards the Pacific Ocean and the hotel zone, ideal for enjoying the best sunsets from its private viewpoint or from the pool. In addition, guests will have access to the Porto Ixtapa Beach Club, which features a pool, restaurant, 2 tennis courts, and 2 paddle tennis courts.
The Space:
In addition to the spectacular ocean view, the house has a terrace with a pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor living area, a palapa area with indoor living and dining room, a total of 5 bedrooms, a TV room, and free private parking at the house.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the property through a caretaker who will facilitate the check-in process. We will contact you 4 days before the reservation to provide the exact location of the property and arrival instructions.
The Neighborhood:
The area is one of the safest and most exclusive in Ixtapa, just a few meters from subdivisions like Punta Ixtapa, ensuring a beautiful view and a worry-free stay.

We do recommend moving around in a rental car or a private transportation provider.
