Résidence luxueuse et familiale avec une vue illimitée sur l'océan Pacifique!

Cette belle résidence, construite en 2013, est située dans une communauté fermée très exclusive avec sécurité 24 heures. Il y a deux chambres de maître avec un lit king size et un lit jumeau; deux chambres d'enfants avec un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés; et il y a aussi une chambre king size. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et un climatiseur indépendant. Cuisine ultramoderne avec équipement haut de gamme. Salle TV, salle à manger extérieure avec grill et terrasse sur le toit palapa près de la piscine. Piscine chauffée avec bassin pour enfants et pataugeoire indépendante à deux couloirs. Les deux piscines ont des systèmes de nettoyage à base de sel, pas de chlore. Belle pelouse, objectifs de taille enfant disponibles si vos enfants aiment jouer au football. La maison dispose d'une salle de sport bien équipée et d'une salle de cinéma plus privée. Tous les espaces intérieurs sont climatisés. Le personnel de la maison fournira un service de type hôtelier et un petit-déjeuner léger de fruits frais et de café chaque matin. Des services supplémentaires, tels que le déjeuner et le dîner, sont disponibles sur demande. D'autres activités, telles que des massages et des soins de beauté à la maison, peuvent également être organisées sur demande.

This home accommodated our family of 11 perfectly! Though the staff spoke little English we managed and they were very helpful. It is a short car ride to the nearest beach but we really enjoyed the bit longer ride to La Ropa Beach in Zihuatanejo. It was a very relaxing holiday.

Family Getaway 2021

It was a wonderful getaway with family and friends. The host was very responsive and the staff Rosario, Paulina and Gloria were outstanding making sure we felt welcomed and in vacation mode. My 5 year old fell in love with them while learning how to make tortillas and watching them cook. I would recommend this beautiful house to everyone who wishes to enjoy a relaxing get away.

Just amazing!!

The perfect stay for several couples or families. Georgina is a meticulous and caring owner whose team of Adrianna, Iselda, and Antonia couldn't have been more accommodating to each and every need. The living areas were spotless and constantly cleaned and food prep was magnificent. Loved every minute up until departure.

Fabulous week with family

We spent a week at this amazing house and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff that comes included with the house were so lovely and accomodating. They took great care of us. We ended up having them cook several meals for us that were really amazing and made our trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. They cleaned up everything everyday and it was really helpful and made the trip extra lovely. I would go back here in a heartbeat! Gracias Rosario, Rosa Maria and Reina!!!

OWNER LIES TO CUSTOMER

I specifically asked the owner if the heating of the pool worked correctly, she told me that is was working ok, and when we get there we realized THAT WAS NOT TRUE, no one can’t do anything and the pool never works during our stay. The owner know about it and she did not take action on this, the problem is the LIE. And also the owner claimed the insurance for a $600usd dirt on a carpet, I told the insurance that was a LIE to and offer my self to declare what ever the insurance want about this old dirty carpet.

This person showed up with more people than she reserved for expecting me to not care about it. When I asked her to confirm the actual number of guests she seemed quite irritated and said it was only 4 adults and they had decided to bring a nanny. She apparently didn’t think the nanny was a person as well. I’ve had guests try to get out of things like that before and it should have been a big red flag. If you are reading her review because you’re interested in my property I will be happy to further explain. The pool heater broke down during her stay, it worked for the previous guests only two days before her arrival. Perhaps it was her own group that damaged the controls and she chose not to tell me, just like she chose to not tell me about the extra person, also that they spilled coke on the rug and broke the pantry door key. I request that my guests buy insurance to cover that kind of accidental damage, because I understand that things happen. It is absurd that she won’t tell the insurance company that the kids in fact spilled coke and water on my custom-made, hand-woven, wool navajo rug and broke the key inside the handle. However old and dirty the rug seemed to her it is still my property and someone in her party damaged it. She also forgot to mention that the kids in her party dragged a bath towel through mud and left it in the fountain by the main entrance for my staff to find and clean. One of the worst hosting experiences in the 6+ years that I’ve rented my property.

Amazing week at Casa Jaguar

Casa Jaguar more than exceeded our expectations. Our family of four traveled to Casa Jaguar with another family of 4 (4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 10 in total) and we could not have had a better vacation even if we wanted to. The property has jaw-dropping views of the Pacific Ocean and Ixtapa. The indoor - outdoor flow of the kitchen and living room to the outdoor dining area and pools and bar allows for anyone to feel right at home and immediately enter into vacation mode. The bedroom layout made it easy for both families to have their own space at night, while providing ample privacy. The bedrooms are fitted with blackout shutters and great air conditioners so that you can escape the heat while resting at night (the private, outdoor showers are pretty cool too). Our children spent many days swimming and playing in the pools until we had to drag them out to serve them meals and ensure they were getting at least a little bet of rest. The staff at Casa Jaguar catered to our every need without hesitation and made sure every meal was a memorable one (you can ask the staff to pick up groceries based on what you would like to eat). The bedrooms were cleaned and straightened daily along with the rest of the house and property. Essentially, we felt like we had our own private resort that fulfilled each and every one of our requests and needs. It was a vacation we will always remember and I highly recommend anyone who enjoys the culture of Mexico, to consider a stay at Casa Jaguar. We definitely will be back again soon.

Great trip for adults

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was our first time renting in Mexico. Pictures of home were very accurate. Pools were perfect and rooms are all comfortable, upstairs room was a little warm even with A/C but fan made it comfortable for sleeping, the shower in this room was only luke warm. The WiFi didn’t connect to internet so if you are planning on working or using a computer this could be a problem. The house keepers did an amazing job for us including meals and some food shopping. We would recommend.

Wonderful Vacations

The house is incredible. The views you get from sunrise to sunset are unreal and the house is really comfortable also. A lot of good taste was put in the design of everything and the quality of the construction/decoration elements is made to last over time. Picture represent well the house but once you’re there, it feels even better.

A house you'll never want to leave

The house is exactly as pictured, breathtaking! The views, pool, accommodations - everything was a dream. We enjoyed a week of peace and quiet here with my family, doing nothing but swimming, reading, and eating delicious meals. The staff was kind and accomodating. An amazing vacation

We had an amazing family vacation at Casa Jaguar. The home is gorgeous and the views and sunsets are spectacular. We enjoyed many meals prepared by Adriana - breakfast, lunch and dinner and they were all delicious. Tonia and Iselda were a pleasure - always smiling and willing to do whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable. The home was spotless and very tastefully designed, no small details overlooked. The Good: Casa Jaguar is a gorgeous home in a spectacular, safe location with stunning views from every room. The house is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The staff of three is wonderful. If you love home-made tortillas, ceviche, fresh fish, rice and beans. mole or other traditional Mexican fare, you are in for a treat. The food served at the home is fantastic. The main floor consists of 4 large, air-conditioned bedrooms, kitchen, living room, outdoor dining room, lawn and pool area. Each bedroom has its own full bath, a large closet and more than one bed. Internet is available throughout the house. The Bad: Unfortunately, the upstairs (actually, up-ladder) bedroom - despite amazing views - is not worthy of this lovely home. There's no place to hang a towel or clothes (despite the listing stating that all bedrooms have closets). There's not even a mirror in the bathroom - to shave, you have to descend 2 flights to the well-lit bathroom in the basement. The "king-sized" bed is really two twin mattresses, so if you cuddle with your sweetie, someone will sleep uncomfortably on the crack. And the water in the shower sometimes slows to a literal trickle with no warning. There's also a room-wide step between the bathroom and bed. Because the step is at an angle to the bathroom, we each tripped several times, especially at night. We chose this rental in large part because this home boasts a shaded, heated pool with a large shallow area for our youngsters and a swim-up bar for adults. We wrote the host in advance to ensure the pool was heated to our desired temperature, and the host graciously confirmed those arrangements a few days before our arrival. However, in the 10 days we were there, the heater never worked, and the pool was usually too cold for us to use it. {The adjacent narrow lap pool was unheated but 5 degrees warner because it is in the sun. It was fine for adults. However, the kids couldn't play there on the fun pool toys we brought because they would have hit their heads on the side of the pool when falling off. Also, that pool has no shallow area.) The TV in the media room had no reception (confirmed by the owner after our arrival).

I am sorry you were disappointed by the upstairs bedroom. We are in the process of installing a mirror in the bathroom and of looking for alternatives for closets/clothes storage. However, I do remember letting you know that we recommend that room for young couples/adults specifically because of its location. I also described to you the steep boat-like ladder used as access. Great House and Location

Beautiful property and lovely location and staff although very little English spoken. Would do well to have a part time concierge to assist. Also tried to communicate with Owner multiple times via email but for some reason did not receive a response which is strange and certainly do not appreciate receiving a negative rating from her on our own traveler profile when we certainly tried to reach out multiple times! Luckily the very kind staff helped us.

Excelente estancia! Servicio, alimentos, limpieza, vistas, todo maravilloso... ampliamente recomendado superando nuestras espectativas... Isela, Toñita y Adriana lo mejor!! y Geo atenta siempre en todo momento.. Feliz de haber disfrutado ahí mi cumpleaños.. Gracias por todo!!❤️

Growing up in Mexico I spend a lot of time at the beach. We would visit many beaches along the Pacific coast, but there is no doubt that Ixtapa is the perfect location for a family vacation! We finished building this house shortly after moving to NY for my husband's work. As much as we would like to spend many weekend there, we do not visit as often. However, we believe that houses that are well lived are also better kept, thus we decided to rent our little piece of paradise!

We have spent many years traveling to Ixtapa, we even got married there! It is the perfect beach vacation to enjoy with family, friends, or in a romantic getaway! There are activities for everyone, the beach is peaceful, the locals are welcoming, the food is delicious and the weather can't be beat!

Views, views, views... from morning tranquility, to day gorgeous, to unbelievable sunsets, all the way to magnificent starry skies!
