Swan River access

With an incredible location – just about a 10 min walk to the beach – you will fall in love with this one-of-a-kind home as you relax and enjoy the salty breeze!

A charming seaside neighborhood, of West Dennis, a family-oriented community with white picket fences, clam shell driveways, and cedar shingled homes. Grab the kid's bikes and scooters to get some laps in the quiet surrounding streets before you hit the beach. Watch the ducks pass through and the kayaks as you sit by the Swan River Access path at the end of the street. Head to the Sand Bar for drinks at happy hour on your way home to enjoy beautiful sunsets.

After getting back from the beach, you can rinse off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower. Then enjoy the large yard where the kids can play. You can use the gas grill to whip up dinner on the fully furnished deck or head out to many of the fantastic restaurants in the area. Don’t forget to stop at Kream n Kone for ice cream on your way home from S Village Rd Beach. On your cooler evenings enjoy yourself by the cozy gas fire pit.

The spacious kitchen has all the amenities you need for cooking up meals, gather around the large dining room table or sit on the barstools at the granite kitchen island. Then head to one of the two beautifully furnished, sun-drenched living rooms with flat screen TV for movie night .

The home comfortably sleeps 11 people with four bedrooms and two baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds along with one paired with two twin beds and the third room has a crib and a bunk bed. Master has a king sized bed with a day bed and twin trundle generous amount of space to add a queen blow up bed (provided).

Central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, corn hole, beach chairs, miscellaneous toddler items… This house has it all!

Just a little over half a mile to S village Rd beach with safe sidewalks for foot travel and simply wonderful for littles where swan river meets the warm waters of the nantucket sound. Perfect for kayaks, paddle boards and over sized floats. The property is steps from deeded access to Swan River with water activity rentals close by. Just a 5 minute walk to the famous KREAM N KONE. Family friendly property with many amenities catered to lighten the packing load for children baby/toddler must haves ,(beach tents , cribs, Pack n plays , carriages all on request )
