Family Spring break

This space was magnificent. Our favorite place was the kitchen and living room. After a long day at the pool, it was a perfect place to come back and relax with the kids. Morning coffee on the patio was a great way to start the day too. The location of the condo was perfect, with a perfect view of the pool and ocean. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely Condo at Beautiful Resort

The condo is on the 2nd floor of the Velas Vallarta Resort. The resort has an all-inclusive option. The resort is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly. The resort is located one mile from the airport. It is walking distance to the marina and many other resorts and restaurants. It is in a safe area. You can take a taxi or uber for cheap to anywhere you want. The condo was clean and ready for us at arrival. I felt like the condo was priced really well for the value. I did feel like the condo was starting to show somewhere and needs a little updating. But it was not an issue for my family.

The property is very clean. The room was also clean. The host is quick to respond . The location is very close to the marina there is a lot of restaurants there I would stay here again .

Our week at Velas

Our stay at Brenda’s apartment was great and brought back a lot of memories of holidays with my mother. We love this resort and the whole Marina area. Brenda was very helpful and prompt. The property is aging, but that is to be expected. Staff was super. Thanks Brenda!

Viva Velas

We are also owners in Velas so are very well acquainted with the property. This unit was fine (I loved the dishes !) however somewhat tired - cracks in bathroom sink of master, cushions in living room could be brightened up or cleaned, one of the bedroom pillows had mould on it. A good wash 2 times a year will help the pillows. (I left it on the dining room table ). For the price being charged these are things I would not expect . we come here because of the Velas resort. There could be a double bed or queen in one of the other bedrooms. I would look closely at what had been done to the unit if I were to come back.

Very easy and convenient location Staff were wonderful. View from porch terrific! We took cab to Walmart to get some supplies and kitchen was nice with what we needed. No spices so will need to get basics(salt oil etc) terrific time!

Elegimos este desarrollo por la conexión de la infancia de mis hijos al ser el día del Padre ya que murió hace poco. Todo el personal de Velas Vallarta son MUY AMABLES y ATENTOS! Solo considero IMPORTANTE que incluyan un servicio de limpieza al hospedarnos 6 días y equipar en utensilios la cocina: abre latas, saca corchos, exprimidor de limones, etc y al abrir la regadera del agua caliente en el baño general hacía un ruido fuertísimo que pensamos se iba a tronar y fue muy molesto

Lovely, peaceful place

Super easy, clean place with amazing views of the pool and ocean. Easy to access the pool, beach and restaurants. We took our two infants and it was safe and clean. Communication with Brenda was amazing. The place only gets cleaned once a week so prepare that it might get cleaned on your first day and not again till you leave (meaning use your towels sparingly). There was some construction happening directly above our unit, but after contacting Brenda and the front desk, it stopped. Overall, wonderful place to stay and would stay here again!

Great stay in Marina Vallarta!

We are so glad that we found this gem and cancelled our hotel reservation. It was so nice to have the extra space with our 4 kids and to have the kitchen to cook meals. The condo was clean and communications with Brenda were always prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay out of the city near the marina.

10 Days in Paradise

We booked a larger space than we needed because of the beautiful balcony views and were not disappointed. The staff are extremely accommodating, and the food is amazing.
