Master bedroom features a pillow top King Size bed and Sleeper Sofa features a memory foam Queen Size mattress. Kitchen is fully equipped and has all brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Unit is next to the pool with easy access to the pool gate. Community has 2 pools/spas and green lush landscape. Split Bathroom offers a walk in shower with the counter and sink area being separate so multiple people can use the facilities at the same time. Unit comes with 1 covered parking space and 1 uncovered parking space.
