We are located within the Johnson Ranch community, only 15 minutes away from the Queen Creek Marketplace. We're walking distance to the pool, hot tub, pickleball/tennis courts, golf course as well as to Fry's grocery, Walgreens, McDonalds, and many other restaurants. & small businesses.
We come to the valley several times a year and this was one of our best stays. Jim was great at answering any questions and very accommodating. We hope to stay here again when we get back this way.
This property was a five star. The house was clean it had all the comforts of home the area at night was very peaceful and quiet. This property is on a golf course and has a community pool and jacuzzi area was family friendly and also very clean. I would definitely come back and stay over and over.
The house gave us everything we needed. A view of the gulf course, close to trails, and great access to the 55 and over group up at the club. Very relaxed area and we enjoyed the scenery. Loved all the birds. We wish we had more time to explore all the area. We may have lost a golf ball or two on the course.
An extremely comfortable rental ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood. The well appointed house has all the amenities needed to make the stay enjoyable and any question about the property is answered almost immediately by the owner. We 110% recommend this house!
We had the reservation for family who were coming to our wedding from out of state. It was perfect and we even stayed the night of the wedding as a little retreat since we didnât have really anyone needing a place to stay. It was perfect.
Had everything we needed! The cupboards were fully stocked. They even had cold water waiting for us and a few items in the fridge. I messaged the host with a question and got a very quick response. Instructions were easy and not over the top. Just a simple overall process! We will be staying here again!!
I first chose this place for the location because is was close to the vicinity of family we were visiting. On entering the neighborhood we could tell it was well maintained and clean. The house and it's amenities did not disappoint. It was comfortable and well kept and suited our needs. The grounds were beautiful also. The best part was the owner being accessible for information and to answer any questions we may have had. Our stay was very accommodating and if we have the opportunity to return we hope this home is available. Thank you
The house is warm and inviting not sterile like some. It was a work trip, so we really enjoyed how close it was to the cities in the area. Nice neighborhood. Jim is wonderful, any item that needed addressed he was right on it! Would rent again if in the area.
This home was REALLY nice!! It felt like staying in our own home. The furnishings are very nice, comfortable and clean! It is obvious that the home owners take pride in their home.
Retired and enjoying life. We spend as much time as we can (in person and via Skype/Facetime) with our two daughters, four grandkids, and other siblings. We enjoy travel, playing pickleball, and spending time on the computer. We finally completed our visits to all 50 states in 2016 with Alaska being the last holdout.
I learned about Johnson Ranch when I was looking for an investment property more than ten years ago. We did not want to be near all of the traffic, noise, and polution of Phoenix, and we wanted to be near some family members. San Tan Valley on a golf course seemed like a good location. This house has four bedrooms, so it works out when our daughters, grandkids, and friends come for a visit.
Most everything we need is within 3 or 4 minutes (Fry's grocery shopping, Walmart, fast food). More shopping (Kohls, Target, Bed Bath Beond, etc.) & restaurants (Olive Garden, San Tan Flat, Chop Shop, etc.) are only 15 minutes or less away.
