Such a beautiful home, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Very convenient close to many stores and restaurants.
We had such a great time the house was cozy and nice for the whole family.
The property was very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner and check in process was easy. Would definitely stay there again!
Gustavo was a very accommodating host, granted us an extension to the rental at the last minute for which we were very grateful. Spacious, well maintained house. Everything you need for a short or long stay in San Tan Valley. Beautiful area.
Stayed here for a week in November . The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We love the community amenities, the pools were well kept water was heated and hot tubs were very relaxing. Spent our time on the pitch and putt free golf course that was amazing. A short drive to Santan regional Park where we did a lot of hiking. Highly recommend.
Very clean, comfortable and inviting home. Cozy beds and furniture. Convenient to everything. We stayed in a VRBO in Johnson Ranch 2 years ago and this home was MUCH nicer.
Wonderful host - quickly responded to all our questions. We really appreciate the fact that he extended our stay.
Our family joined us for a great week when the kids were on spring break.
Looking forward to coming back next year!
The property was great. We were there for a golf trip and the house was 5 mins from a course we played. PM was very responsive. I would stay there again.
This house was in a wonderful location for us except for Sky Harbor Airport ( about and hour away). The layout was also perfect. We loved the outdoor area and used it quite often.
The house is very well maintained. It fits a lot of people comfortable we had 8 adults. It has a blow up mattress and plenty of space in the front room to sleep extra people. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener but we made due.Over all we had a very nice experience.
Gustavo was absolutely great to work with. He contacted us right away to make sure everything was fine. Gustavo promptly answered all our questions. He even allowed us to extend our stay.
Check in and out was easy.
The property was exactly as pictured and described. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Arizona. We are looking forward to returning next year!
The house is spacious, clean, and in a nice little neighborhood that has some great parks and recreational areas perfect for a jog/walk. The wifi was especially helpful as for whatever reason, Queens Creek does not have good cell phone connection. We found the property amenities to be useful and enjoyed our stay. We would recommend some extra towels be added to the house but outside of that, the house is very well stocked.
1st impression was not the greatest-upon arrival there were potato chips on rug in living room. With no access to a vacuum they had to be picked up by hand. Also, dish sponge was used and had food stuck to it-yuck! Overall, stay was adequate and host was quick to respond.
This property was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I highly recommend. Roomy with comfortable furniture and nicely stocked. The backyard is great for bbq and has plenty of seating
Issues we incurred while staying there:1. No hot water the first day (pilot light was out). The host did send someone out on day 2 to fix that.2. Water corrosion in one of the toilets which we believe caused the metal piece inside the toilet that connects the flusher to the handle to break seeing as it was severely corroded. 3. Make sure you get property damage protection insurance with VRBO. If anything goes wrong, the host will charge you for it. Even if you feel it wasnât your fault. With this insurance you wonât need to pay anything out of pocket. Itâs so worth it.
