Reviewer Comments: Family spring break, gulfport and biloxi has alot of things for the whole family to enjoy, as for the condo, it was ok, it could use a deep cleaning and update the furnishing. You pay alot for cleaning and it's not that clean.

Best Vacation Ever

The rooms are spacious and service was good. One of our bathrooms were dirty but someone came up to clean it. Out toilet would not flush but again someone to unstop it. Overall this place was very nice and comfortable and we will rent again!

Beautiful property on the Beach

Marie Malley with Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals literally saved our annual 3 generation family vacation at the last minute when, after 2 nights in a VRBO "luxury home" without any hot water in the bathrooms, stove, pool or hot tub, we discovered that the gas company had actually disconnected services and the house meter was padlocked because the owner didn't pay his gas bill! We frantically searched for a 3+ bedroom with a pool on the beach that could accommodate our family at the last minute and found one option - a unit at Legacy Towers. Within 2 hours of contacting the host, we packed up our entire house of "stuff" and $500 worth of groceries and were on our way to a confirmed reservation at the Legacy Towers. Marie went above and beyond and was understanding, empathetic and professional. Security Manager, Darryl was so sweet to us and so accommodating. Great outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and close walk to beach. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants although we cooked the majority of our meals in the unit as a family. The kitchen was fully equipped and the place felt like home. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to return in the future.

Availability of support personnel excellent especially Nicole, in security, who quickly provided initial gate access to property.

Pros: great floor plan, very spacious for entertaining a large group. Great gulf view. Master bedroom and bath very spacious. Nice community amenities. Maintenance was responsive. Cons: unit is very outdated and needs renovation all over. Main living area furniture old and worn. Living room tv very low end with horrible sound. Guest bedrooms pretty bad, furniture very cheap and carpet must be the original (16 years old). Front door needs to be replaced, dented and scratch up bad. Very bad first impression. Had to call maintenance 2 times to fix a/c and plumbing back up in master bath. Shower, bath tub and toilet.

Great Girls' Weekend Away

Seven great friends enjoyed three night's stay. There was lots of wide open room and seating for all of us while we watched tv or dining together. There was a little glitch with the tv cable but Marty, the on-site manager was so helpful and very prompt coming to our help. I would have given a five-star rating but I feel the kitchen utensils needs a little upgrading. There was no cookie sheet and a slight shortage of pots and pans. We would definitely stay again.

Party of 9 in Gulfport for Baseball Tournament

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience with Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals was great! The unit (Legacy 1, 1306 Penthouse) was gorgeous and offered us everything we needed. It is an older unit and did have a few issues while we were there (i.e. garbage disposal broke and it affected the dishwasher; both pull out sofas were unusable due to older mattresses and the one bed frame). The owner does have some of their personal items in the one closet but it isn't in the way. I am pleased to say that Biloxi Beach Rentals addressed each issue in a timely and complete manner. I just sent a text and their wonderful maintenance staff was there to help. The amenities were wonderful and clean. The reserved covered parking is completely worth it and the elevators are fast. Finally, if you enjoy sitting and eating on a balcony this is the unit for you. The breeze is just enough to keep you comfortable while not blowing your food everywhere and there is plenty of shade at all times of the day.

Family Get Away

One of our sons is thinking about retiring in the Biloxi area so we planned a family trip to explore the area. There were four couples going, so we looked for a condo that could accommodate all of us. The unit #1306 was perfect for us! Perfect location, spacious and beautiful condo, and gorgeous views!!!!! We loved the area, the condo, the beach, the weather. (We are from Michigan!). Already making plans for another trip!

Great time but concerning

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at 1306 penthouse, tower one, was a great time. Everything was clean and organized. It’s a great space in a great location. Just 2 downsides I can think of.. There is only 1 pan to cook with so breakfast was a challenge for the amount of people - as we ate out for lunch and dinner. The main concern is that when I put a down payment on this penthouse - there was a bunk bed that we were counting on to accommodate everyone. By the time we got there, it had obviously been removed and photos taken off the website. Some of my guests rotated and slept in chairs as we were counting on the bunk beds to accommodate sleeping. I picked this location for its sleeping quarters and nice amenities and was very disappointed to find that they fell short of original photos when I booked the room. I put a down payment and paid in full for the penthouse, only to find out that the 2 bunks were taken out... I should have been notified at the very minimum. Not sure how this was missed and was not communicated whatsoever - other than just removing photos and the beds themselves. Was not happy with this situation and having to explain to my guests.

The balcony gave us a beautiful view and fresh air off the beach. The downside side was as you approach the condo there's a very ugly broken blind hanging in the window and some of the patio furniture needs attention.

Not what we were expecting

Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the room we immediately knew this was not what we have been used to staying in at Legacy Towers. There was food still stuck on dining table, floors were dirty, food that was old underneath beds, carpets torn and nasty, a large portion of the condo had some severe water damage, multiple items broken throughout the rooms, bunk beds were not safe, missing a ladder to get in, we had to go and buy items to even cook with , the listing said it was a fully stocked kitchen for a group of 10, there were no pans, no dish cloths, no ovenmitts, one skillet, one mixing bowl, the only thing that is not needed to be stocked was cooking utensils, we were on the 13th floor and we had a large amount of ants to be up that high. We called upon entry and told them about the bed and they told us they would send someone the next day and they had been looking for a ladder for months. We went grocery shopping and we saw the exact same bed in stock for $199.00 and they could have easily replaced the bed the only thing keeping the bed from falling was that it was in between three walls. We also let them know how dirty it was and about the ants and they said they would have someone come and take care of it and we never heard from them again. There was not enough towels we had to wash towels every time someone took a shower to have enough for everyone. Also one bedroom has two queen beds for up to four people with only a closet and nightstand for any type of storage. Plus the furnishings although there were plenty of areas to sit there isn’t a need for three large dining tables, the whole condo needs new furnishings and more updated. It looks as thought it was furnished from yards sale.
