Absolutely Beautiful Condo

Nice place for a quick trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious for our whole party. The king beds however are horrible. They are so hard. The floors were super dirty even though we asked housekeeping to come clean, they were still dirty. You shouldn’t clean condo floors with a swifter in my opinion.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed Legacy Towers several times through out the years. This year we had some issues. The unit was not cleaned when we got in it. Sand on the floors and bed, dishes dirty, furniture dirty or broken. When we called about it they did send someone out to clean but that did not take care of the furniture issues. Outdated. I would recommend Legacy Towers but hope they do a better job of keeping the units in good condition.

AVOID UNIT 408

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tower 1, Unit 408 is a disaster!! Unit was dirty, soiled pillow, king mattress was atrocious, old furniture. Would not recommend anyone rent this.

Place was great, details were not

The unit itself was great! Could be stocked better with kitchen items. We were told there would be a keypad. Thankfully we got there before the manager left for the night to get the keys. You get two parking spaces but the lease makes it sound like you can get extra parking spaces just by calling a number. The extra spaces are twenty five dollars a night per space, plus fees if you pay by card. The fee was delayed to me when I called the number on the lease but the fact that I’d need exact cash if I wanted to avoid the fees was not communicated. This place has a beach view but if you want to go to the beach you have to cross a service road, and a highway without a crosswalk. The master bed was loud getting in and out of, while the other beds were very firm. I didn’t mind the firm but several people I was with had a hard time sleeping. The sofa bed was decent to sleep on compared to the other beds.

Things wrong and nothing done

I let them know the toilet in front king room was leaking in the floor and no one checked or fixed it. The couch was broke y'all let us know but paying that much it should have been fixed for us to have that bedding instead of a air mattress. It was nasty under the couch and the back of the chairs had nasty food and candy falling out of them. The blow dryer in master room facing beach didn't work. When booking it said on beach and it was across the road from beach that needs to say it's across the road from beach. Hot tub was cold the hole time we was there. We got locked in our condo no one could leave or come in and when I called it took them 25 minutes to get someone to us then they had to get my husband to get two butter knives and get the door open cause they couldn't which was a danger to us if their had been an Emergancy. They did put a key lock back on and when checking out no one was in office for me to return those keys so I had to get a maintenance man and he got them from me which I took a picture of him with them that way no one could say I didn't return them. My mother in law left a bag and from what we went through you would think y'all would just send it to me but no I have to pay for y'all to send it. Other than these things out stay was okay

Great!

We had a wonderful wonderful stay!! The place was awesome and fit our family perfectly. The couch wasn’t the great to sit on but we didn’t do much room time. And a few of the chair at the dinning room table need to have the legs looked at. But again we didn’t sit there much anyways!! Will definitely stay again when we visit.

Roaches abs Disappointments

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1st disappointment was the description says 5 beds 3 baths. Well we counter 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. When I called to ask about the other I was told it was in the sofa. Which turned out to be a super thin pad within the frame of the couch. This is considered sofa bed...the worst, most horrible sleep ever. Maybe say 4 beds and a pullout that way we are not looking for an actual bed. Let me tell you about the 🪳 roaches. OMG 😱 I WAS SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED. I was sitting in the recliner chair in the living room and roach on the window seal. I had to hurry and kill it before one of the other ladies saw it. I was the one that book the rental and so excitedly told everyone about it and I did not want them to be disappointed. Also too while cleaning the dishes in the kitchen sink water is coming from under the sink all over the floor.

The beach was great and having the indoor pool when the weather was too cold to be outside. However, my husband had a difficult time with the low toilets and no bars on any of the showers. The unit could use some new mattresses. Next time I will ask more questions concerning handicap availability. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The property and condo are both so clean free of clutter. Pools are well maintained. The balconies oversized and can hold your whole party. We would definitely stay here again.

Will never stay here again!

We stayed here from Friday to Sunday for a small gateway. Thank goodness we didn’t do a week! The rules are so strict it’s unreal! No music can played by the pool, no drinking or eating at the pool, the condo was so hot we all broke out in sweat on the hour nightly, and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. We are from Louisiana and we like to drink/eat when at the pool. We had a infant baby who was needing a bottle the security guard literally walked over to us and said no bottles allowed 🤦🏼‍♀️. It was a miserable stay and will never go back because of how strict the rules are. They should have to inform people of how strict the complex is before people rent. If you think I’m exaggerating, I promise I’m not! Security guards 24/7 at the pool correcting everything you do. One of the rules was no kids can horseplay. So no splashing is considered horse playing. If you are looking for a church retreat complex this is the place for you! If you are looking for somewhere to go and relax do not rent here!!!!
