A couples dream vacation starts here with the Ocean View Penthouse located in Villa Bougainvillea. Located with in seconds of Cruz Bay St. John this 3rd floor Penthouse offers some of the most spectacular views of the Caribbean. With our outdoor living &
and shared space you will be promised a gentle breeze and an amazing sunset. When you are finished with the outdoor dining or sipping wine nestled in the cozy outdoor living area, you can retire indoors. Which you will find a climate controlled living space complete with a king bed, living space, and kitchen. We have left nothing out when it comes to guest services. The property is complete with WIFI and cable TV. One last surprise, with your guest rental you will have access to the Villa Bougainvillea lounge pool. We take pride in our guests and look forward to providing world class accommodations to all guests.

Amazing villa for couples!

We absolutely loved everything about this villa! The views from the huge balcony are breathtaking. We loved the vaulted ceiling and large windows. Kitchen and bathroom was well appointed with everything we needed. The location is fantastic... just a short walk to everything Cruz Bay has to offer. Chris and Jenn were available for any questions we had and provided a lot of great local intel. Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2. Highly recommend!

Christmas chill

We were met by the very courteous Jenny at the ferry, and followed her the short distance to our villa. She explained how to work everything. Our stay was wonderful, and I took full advantage of the comfortable sofa on the large outdoor living area. Great place to read and take in the view. Short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Great stay!!

We had an amazing time. The penthouse is wonderful. FYI there is no separate bedroom, its a studio apartment. The patio is amazing, so are the views. Its close to Cruz Bay restaurants but be prepared to walk hills, followed by 3 stories to the penthouse .

Sunset view... and great location

The property offered amazing sunsets from it covered veranda overlooking the Caribbean Sea back toward St. Thomas. It was also the perfect distance from town. Close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away to avoid the nightlife noise. The unit layout is perfect for a couple looking for a great St John getaway. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but Chris and Jenny were right on it and resolved them quickly. Super friendly and helpful during our visit. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!!!!

This property was stunning!! The absolute perfect location to down and amazing views. It was very clean and accommodating! They made the check in process so easy, picked us up from the ferry to take us to the place and stocked up with groceries for us before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. They even helped us find an awesome boat charter for one of the days after our cancelled on us. Definitely recommend staying here!

Slice of heaven

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was the perfect spot for us! We kept calling it our little heaven. The location was perfect and close to the town of Cruz Bay. The views were the best on the island, especially of the sunset! Many nights, we left happy hour just to catch the amazing sunsets. The property managers were great and very accommodating to everything we needed. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Perfect for us!

This property is perfect! The location is a quick 5 minute walk to beach bars and restaurants but it's far enough away that it's perfectly quiet. The balcony is amazing and the indoor space is well utilized. The photos definitely do not do this unit justice. The decor was tasteful and it had the best appointed kitchen out of any rental we have stayed at. Parking was easy and once we got used to driving, getting around was a breeze. Chris was responsive on any questions I had and we had no problems with the unit. He met us at the ferry port, along with a representative from Mr Pipers jeep and helped show us a bit of the town before taking us to the unit. Definitely helped us get our bearings a bit. I can't recommend this one enough for a couple. Only word of caution is to remember it is three stories up, so pack accordingly 😃

Could have been better

The pictures of the patio out front aren’t accurate, there is no dining room table and there aren’t overhead fans outside. Both of which would have been nice. When we arrived there were dishes in the outdoor sink that were dirty and the dishes in the dishwasher weren’t clean. It turns out the dishwasher was broken. We notified Chris and he did send the cleaner to come wash the dishes. The hand towel rack was also broken. There was furniture that was delivered and there was no advanced notice that Chris and his team were going to come to swap the furniture outside. (Also the new furniture was way less comfortable than what was originally there). He did call an hour before we got home but I did not get it because service on the beach is spotty. I suspect he called when he arrived. It was jarring to come home and seeing a bunch of random men on the patio moving furniture and touching our things that were out there. 24 hours notice to ask would have been nice. He did ask the next day when we would be home to come the following day, so that did improve. Towards the end of our trip the cleaner was outside the home and asked as we came back from dinner if we had extra towels because she forgot to put one in another unit. Apparently all of the towels are only in our unit? We wondered whether or not she would have just let herself into the home if we weren’t there. Overall, location of the home was beautiful, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Wonderful Property, Great Location

We have been to St Johns many times over the years, ech time staying in different locations. This property was by far our favorite. The penthouse deck is fabulous - very spacious and gorgeous views. Wonderful!

St. John’s villa near Cruz Bay

The villa exceeded our expectations. The villa was perfectly located for a short walk to Cruz Bay restaurants and shopping. The view though, just breathtaking. The penthouse was the perfect size for a couple and beautifully updated. I would highly recommend this listing.

Location, Location, Location! Best spot and perch to overlook the world! safe, private, and well appointed. Kelly was exceptional in helping handle logistics! Tip: Hire a private chef, get catering or cook yourself, dining out food is over rated and very expensive. My best meal I had on the island was lime out only accessible by boat! I only have 1 complaint which is that a new construction resort is being built next door during the day, So there was construction noise to tune out. Its not a problem Because You Should be at The Beach All Day Anyway!!!! Loved it would book again!!!!

Wow! The past reviews do not do the view and location of this rental justice. Host was very responsive and the rental was very clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to St. John!

Exactly as described. Property management was always available if needed. Amazing views. Nice small kitchen & outdoor grill. Walking distance (2-3 blocks) from town with minimal hills. AC was great. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Great place for a couple

Really enjoyed my stay with my spouse, I have nothing to complain about. The view on the patio for sunset was A++, the pool was great, location is super close to town. This was everything I wanted and would definitely come back. It's perfect for a couple, any more people than that would be pretty cramped. I had no problem spending an entire day of my trip just hanging out on the patio it was that nice.

Absolutely Outstanding!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The views are literally unbeatable. More than 180 degrees of water and islands from the beautiful outdoor living space. Kelly was extremely helpful for us, getting groceries / provisions delivered for a small fee, and when we landed and Hertz didn't have our car (I along with others who had made reservations!), he arranged for us to get a Jeep with a great company (highly highly highly recommend you use them and get a Jeep). The apartment is in a perfect location - literally a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops in Cruz Bay. We were undecided between remote villa on STT, or this apartment near town in STJ... but I can't stress how happy we were with the location on STJ. Note there is some construction everywhere on the islands as they are still recovering from the hurricane, but we didn't find this a problem. Will 100% be back, thanks Kelly!

Stunning!!

Westerly facing (think sunsets!) spacious and impeccably decorated studio with expansive veranda at the top of Enighed. Walk to town for meals, parking, all amenities needed. Great communication and greeting. Let's keep this one our secret ;)

The most amazing view you could ever ask for…

Beautiful place and wonderful views….it is on the 4th floor so be prepared to walk up stairs and the water pressures not great but still overall an amazing stay…
