St. John did not disappoint! We had such a great experience with Curtis and the Pink Conch! Curtis was a great host! We rented one of his jeeps and also enjoyed a full-day BVI trip with him on his boat! The Pink Conch is amazing! Beautiful views, great little pool, beautifully furnished and well stocked. We'll go back someday for sure! Thanks, Curtis!

Amazing!

We loved our stay at The Pink Conch. It’s the perfect location, so clean and airy, with every convenience and a breathtaking view. The open air shower was such a treat and the property has everything you need for a wonderful St John visit. Super convenient- grocery store and town are minutes away. The pool and deck were both great to hang out before and after our beach visits. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home and grill the local fresh fish. We stayed here with our two teens and they enjoyed it as well. If we come back to the lovely island of St John, The Pink Conch will be our destination. Curtis was an awesome host and super helpful and responsive. (and super convenient to rent our jeep from Curtis)

Excellent Villa

The Villa was in a great location. Check in and out was easy. A car is a must to get around the island. Rented a nice Jeep from owner. The Villa had everything you’d want for a visit to St John - Chase lounges, pool, A/C bedrooms, beach chairs coolers, floaters etc. Nice furniture. Comfortable beds. Big washer and dryer.

Winter getaway

After a bit of an intimidating driveway, the property proved to be an outstanding choice for our long sought after visit to St John. The amenities were in good shape and exactly as described. The service by the hosts was excellent. The location was very convenient to Cruz Bay. We would definitely go to this property again.

Beautiful view

The villa is modern, clean and well supplied. Situated above Great Cruz Bay provides breathtaking views. Renting car from Curtis was ideal and owners were always responsive. The road and driveway to villa is challenging but that is true for much of island. Thank you Curtis for making us feel welcome.

Pinch Conch Again and Again

This was our 4th visit to one of Curtis' houses. We'll go again next year. It's close to town but feels so removed with the house, pool and patio oriented toward Great Cruz Bay, which is not as busy and not commercial as Cruz Bay.. We love watching the boats come in and out in the morning and late afternoon. The house is very clean. The outdoor showers off the bathrooms are wonderful.

Beautiful Small villa , located on Great Cruz Bay, with beautiful views :). Excellent quality, accommodation , clean, modern, and everything worked great. Deck Plunge pool was clean and inviting, fun for families.Only draw back is a rather steep, long driveway to get down to the house from the road.

Paradise on St John

Pink Conch Villa has all the comforts of home and a hotel. The view from the house is unparalleled and the outdoor showers are amazing. Curtis was the host with the most! Highly recommend renting a car through him and being able to park at his office downtown was a huge help. We can’t wait to come back and stay there again!

We had a great time at the “Pink Conch”. Would stay here again for sure . Location is great. Driveway is super steep but most of them in St. John are. Jeep was great. Curtis and his daughter were so accommodating and helpful. The set up is perfect for 2 couples

The property and the hosts are both fantastic. The view from the back of the house is outstanding, the pool is great, and the location is phenomenal and convenient. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and dishware. The outdoor showers are unreal. I could go on and on about this place. We will definitely try to stay here any time we are on the island.

A great St John getaway!

Our group of four ladies loved our stay! The house was well appointed, Curtis and his daughter were lovely to work with and the location of the house was amazing. Pool was fabulous and the open air showers were luxurious. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and paper towels, etc. AC in bedrooms was great! Already planning our return trip!

Perfect location, perfect for 2

The Pink Conch is beautiful, clean, well equipped, and offers nice breezes throughout the day. I am very picky and even the toaster was spotless. Curtis responded immediately to a Wi-Fi reset, we saw a turtle in the bay from the pool, and the outside shower is amazing. We have been to St John 5 times and this is one of our favorite houses to stay in.

Home away from home

This will be our 3rd time staying at Pink Conch. It has become our home away from home in paradise! The villa is amazing, best location, close to town, view is exceptional! Well appointed villa with everything you may need or want! Easy booking, communication, arrival and departure! We would book this villa again and any villa Curtis may offer in the future! There is even a sweet resident kitty that visits daily! We give this villa 5 stars all around!

Great view but not great service.

The villa was beautiful however the service wasn’t great. We got to red hook and the owner forgot about picking us up as we called him when we landed in St. Thomas. There was no propane for the grill and no laundry pods. We ran out of paper towels as it only provided one roll for the week. So we gave up asking the owner for more paper towels. My son got his foot cut from a piece of glass that was in the pool. We lost power several times and there’s no back up generator. We had ordered groceries prior to getting there and we had to bring some of them to a friend’s villa so they wouldn’t get spoiled since we had no power. Next time I would suggest central air through out a villa only the bedrooms had central air. The villa was beautiful but I don’t think we would stay at this one again.

Overall a great experience

I would stay at the Pink Conch again. The property in general is just a slight bit worn but still clean and a very nice place. The views from the patio and the pool are fantastic! Location was perfect. Would have preferred better communication with the host especially upon our arrival. Overall very happy with our stay.
