Situé dans Point Rendezvous exclusif, Arco Iris offre une vue panoramique sur la mer des Caraïbes qui vous coupera le souffle. Vos matins ne seront plus jamais les mêmes une fois que vous aurez découvert le lever du soleil sur la magnifique baie de Fish.

Cette magnifique villa offre une chance de "s'évader de tout", mais se trouve à seulement dix minutes des restaurants, boutiques et activités incroyables de Cruz Bay et à seulement quatorze minutes des plages de Northshore.

L'Arco Iris dispose de trois chambres king-size de taille égale avec climatisation. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bains privative, d'un balcon / patio individuel et d'une vue imprenable sur Fish Bay. Vous pourrez également profiter des douches privées intérieures / extérieures qui vous permettent de contempler les Caraïbes.

La grande pièce et la cuisine à aire ouverte prennent le divertissement à un nouveau niveau. Quatre ensembles de portes vitrées coulissantes grillagées encadrent la pièce permettant à la brise rafraîchissante des Caraïbes de couler. Admirez la vue de n'importe où dans la pièce. Un large balcon couvert enveloppe la grande pièce créant de véritables espaces de vie intérieurs / extérieurs. Vous aurez hâte de partager vos repas sur le balcon tout en vous imprégnant de l'ambiance.

Amazing

My wife and I stayed here as it was our third time in St. John. By far the best stay yet. Amazing views, hospitality, cleanliness, location, communication, etc. We will definitely be back. This is a gem.

Great Stay in St. John

This was an excellent property for our recent trip to St. John. Everything was as described in the listing. The house was amazingly clean and everything was in great shape. The view was absolutely incredible as was the location - very easy and quick to get into Cruz Bay! Working with the property management was great as well - very responsive to any questions or needs! The beach chairs, coolers, etc. were greatly appreciated as well! I would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation with a Marriage Proposal

This was a family Christmas vacation with my daughter, nephew, and his soon to be fiancé. The house was perfect with beautiful views. The proposal took place at the Windmill with stunning views. We look forward to returning next year to Arco Iris.

Great sunrise

Panoramic views from the long deck. Location is great and centrally located. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities and there were plenty of beach floats and snorkel gear. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Only issue was we didn’t have water our first and last morning and it wasn’t overly warm. Property Manager fixed the problem within 15 minutes the first morning. We left too early to get it taken care of on the last day otherwise they would have been quick to assist as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentiveness of the property manager.

We had a great time. Perfect location on the island. You can pretty much get anywhere you need to within ~20 minutes and only 10 minutes away from the primary area down in Cruz bay.

Beautiful relaxing stay

Such a wonderful experience all the way around. From the property manager guiding us there after showing us a market to pick up a few things and helping us with information about the island to waking up to a beautiful view of the waves crashing in the distance! Kitchen has everything you could need and outdoor closet had all the beach necessities! One of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed! 100/10!!!

Didn’t want to leave

We enjoyed the house and porch and view so much that we didnt even go anywhere but the grocery store to get food for dinner for several days. It is a super nice area of the island and co Venice to Star market, Cruz bay, restaurants and the beautiful beaches (if you feel like leaving the house).

Great views great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Arco Iris. The views are beautiful and pool and the villa are very private. It’s a quick 10 minute drive into town just be careful on the hilly roads especially driving on the opposite side then in the US. The indoor/outdoor style shower in the master is the most spectacular view! We went to different beaches every morning but often enjoyed getting takeout for dinner and eating on the outdoor porches and also sitting by the pool in the afternoon. Sunsets every morning were picture perfect.

Great house, will be back

Spent 8 days at Arco Iris with our two young 20s kids. We all loved the house. The layout was great with the bedrooms all like separate hotel rooms. Amazing views, loved sitting on the deck and watching turtles in the bay and iguanas by the pool. The outdoor showers were a big plus. House was well stocked with everything we needed for beach days, cooking and we also used the board games a few nights. Location was also good, close enough to Cruz bay but quiet. We loved St John and would definitely stay at Arco Iris again!

Fantastic home

Arco Iris is a beautiful million dollar+ home overlooking fish bay. The only downside, the main area of the house did not have any air conditioning...so we all sweated pretty good while we cooked dinner and our guests didn’t want to hang out for very long because of the heat. The rooms were nice and cool. The pool is refreshing and the view is spectacular. Definitely would stay again.

Great trip ... enjoyed the villa

We traveled with our 21-yo son and his girlfriend, and a set of 70-something parents. It takes some effort to get there with the car ferry to St. John, but things went fairly smoothly. The roads in St. John are even more "interesting" than St. Thomas. We found good restaurants. 1864 and Morgan's Mango were favorites. We enjoyed an afternoon of charter fishing, took a dinner sail to Lovango, and went to several beaches. We spent much of our time relaxing at Arco Iris around the pool. There is a lot to like about Arco Iris, but I couldn't get to a 5- star rating. The layout is great with separate entrances for all 3 bedroom suites. The view is great! The morning sun is nice. The kitchen is functional. There are plenty of coolers, beach chairs, and snorkel gear. We used the ping pong table a little. Communication with the hosts was easy and helpful. Grocery and arrival platter deliveries were fineness convenient.Generally, the furnishings are getting a little "beat up" with missing knobs on some kitchen drawers, and lots on scratches/marks - minor things overall. The villa is just off of a main road, and the truck traffic was quite loud if you're out by the pool. There were quite a few ants on the patio by the pool that were a nuisance. Again, no major issues, but compared to other USVI villas where we've stayed at similar rates, we put Arco Iris in the good category. I'd have given 4.5 stars if that was an option

Mosquito Motel

We arrived and were told someone before us left a door open and there were some mosquitoes and we were give a bag of supplies (electric fly swaggers, other items. We killed mosquitoes for 7 days straight- they never stopped- there was obviously an infestation. Power outages (not owner fault) on and off for 4 days knocked out well pump and we had to call each time to have primed. While out we had no toilets.

Loving Arco Iris

We have been vacationing here for over 20 years and this is the best place we have stayed. This is a great property. The location gives access to wonderful breezes and an idyllic view of the Caribbean. It is also away from the hustle and bustle of Cruz bay but not too far away. The house is as good or better than advertised. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a “taste and replace”bar area with jiggers, wine stoppers and a martini shaker. The outside is well furnished on both levels. We are planning on returning here next year. The rental company was great. They have been available for questions and even had some complimentary goodies in the fridge when we arrived. Can’t wait to get back here.

still loving Arco Iris

I just reviewed this property because I had two separate but contiguous reservations. However, I will add a few things I left out. The living area is well furnished and is one of the few houses I've rented that has air conditioning though with the great breezes you will rarely need it. Most houses just have AC in the BRs. Many houses in St. John have treacherous driveways that are hard to get in and out of but this house has one of the easiest. All three BRs are isolated enough for privacy and overall the house can be as private as you like. It is so nice, we almost never wanted to leave and explore the island,

Comfortable Villa and Great Location

We spent a week at this villa and found it to be very comfortable and clean. The location was great only a few miles from Cruz Bay yet tucked away in a great spot. The pool felt great in the afternoons. We were visited by an Iguana and many hummingbirds. The fruit trees were not producing at the time but the landscaping was beautiful. It was so nice sitting on the top balcony having coffee and watching the sunrise in the morning. We found Klein Bay nearby which was a rocky beach yet excellent snorkeling. Only one drawback was no trade winds for a couple of days and the main living area got very warm. We retreated to the air conditioned bedrooms early those nights. There was another drawback....not enough vacation time in this wonderful villa! Loved our time in St John and want to return soon.

Beautiful views!

House is beautiful, well-stocked and has great spaces for 3 couple to spread out. We had an issue with one shower, which was resolved super quickly by the property manager, Eric. FYI, all bedrooms open externally and aren’t connected to the main living room/kitchen. Not a big deal, but I just didn’t feel like that was clear from the listing and was surprised upon arriving. Takes a little extra work to lock up when coming and going. But I think this is common on the island. Some construction going on nearby during the day which was fairly noisy, so if you’re planning on relaxing/ napping during the day, be aware. But that should be temporary. Thanks for a great trip!

We are Jeff and Jennie O'Bryan from Nashville, TN. From the first moment we stepped off of the Ferry and on to the island twelve years ago, we have shared the dream of one day own a home in St. John. Every time we vacationed here we would have the same conversation, "Can you imagine if we could one day move here?" Well, this past year when I said this to Jennie she replied, "Why not us?" We started investigating to see what it would take to make it happen. Ok, in all honesty, Jennie started investing and I am so blessed that she did. We have always dreamed of a family legacy and having a place our four kids and us can create lasting memories and shared experiences. To our surprise, it was possible!

Living in Nashville is amazing for our family. It is a fantastic city with so much to offer; Music, Arts, Professional Sports, a great Culinary Scene and local lakes. We love to spend time on the lake or take in live music around the city. But with that comes all the other headaches, traffic, a busy work scheduled, kids and school schedules and of course cold weather! Arco Iris now allows our family to escape and truly relax and enjoy paradise.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Arco Iris means "Rainbow" in Spanish. I can truly say that Arco Iris is our "Pot of Gold" at the end of the rainbow. Once we made the decision that it was possible, Jennie and I set out on a search of the perfect home away from home. Again, I have to tell you how blessed I am to have an amazing wife. Jennie launched an in-depth exploration with endless hours of research. Ironically, the first house she showed me online was Arco Iris! Boy, can she picks them right the first time? Even though we ultimately toured twelve different properties, Arco Iris had us in love from the moment we saw it.

When we first pulled in the driveway and approached the doorway Jennie and I melted at the view. Peeking through doorway to the balcony we saw the sun glistening off the blue Caribbean and the view was stunning to us. We never got past that moment with any other property we visited. The open concept of the kitchen - great room is perfect for our large family. We love to entertain and the wrap around balcony provides extensive indoor / outdoor living space to relax or live it up!

The huge pool deck is amazing, especially for all the family guest we plan on having there with us. There is plenty of space to spread out. Places to sunbath or if your sunned out relax in the shaded sitting around. Swim in the pool or simply relax with a drink sitting in the water on the six-foot pool bench.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

First, if you have ever visited St. John you know that there are amazing hills with fantastic views. However, that means that most home have extreme driveways usually without turnaround spots! Arco Iris' drive is ample, level and provides a turn-around spot, very important! Trust me....

The Three Private King Suites with A/C allows couples or families the privacy they desire. Also, it is a great perk not to argue over which couple gets what room because they are all amazing.

There is also beautiful landscaping and stepping stones that allows you to take a stroll through the property.

Jennie and I hope you fall in love with Arco Iris just like we did!
