Welcome to 201 West Main Street Loft in Historic Downtown Sackets Harbor! This adorable and functional one-bedroom apartment is spacious enough for four guests. Youâll find a large bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in closet, queen sofa sleeper, and large bathroom with attached laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything youâll need for a short weekend getaway or a long extended stay. The living room is bright and open w/ plank wood floors and lots of natural light.
We came to visit our son who was at Fort Drum. Such a beautiful location with so much around within walking distance. We were lucky enough that there was a Halloween parade and celebration literally right outside our door. So much fun!
Disappointing level of uncleanliness Ants in kitchen and living room, sticky dirty floors and carpet. Spiders and webs along baseboards and in corners - just an unkept place. Location is great but not managed well, wasnât ready at checkin timeâŠ. Such a bummer in a beautiful town.
My husband, myself and my daughter we all enjoyed our stay here. It was very nice. It was a beautiful neighborhood and what I liked was the location and everything was nearby within walking distance, different restaurants, different ice cream places, as well as breakfast diners and sandwich shops only downside was the leather chair that was in the living room. It was peeling quite a bit. I had to use another blanket to put over top of it cause I was concerned about my infant, picking up the little pieces and I have a latex allergy so that the little pieces were actually irritating my skin, the only downside is I think just needed a little upgrade with the chair and the living room and maybe the chairs in the dining room could use a little upgrade but besides that everything else was very nice and they give you little bits and pieces and surprises of things that other people have left and left back decides to bring two. There is a baby gate that we left. We use the baby gate and the chest wicker chest. We push that near the stairs so there was two barriers to prevent our daughter from falling down the stairs. Itâs great for adults.
We loved the charming old house. The space was huge and just perfect. Comfortable bed with the ability to close out the world. We arrived late and Alex was accommodating and helpful. The bedroom was so closed off & dark we were able to sleep late and not even realize it! The location could not be more perfect-walking distance to anything in Sackets Harbor, including great running trails. We highly recommend this space and host. Weâll definitely be back!!
This apartment is a perfect location for activities in Sackets Harbor. We did not use our car the whole time we were there.
Some details could make it even better such as screens in the windows so that they could be opened to let air in, and functioning window blinds. Stairs are steep and are right by the bathroom entrance. Perhaps a gate at the top would be a good idea.
This place was perfect for us! Literally just steps from restaurants, coffee, and soft ice cream! Great communication with the host, easy check in and out. It is the second floor of a historic house, but remodeled cute and modern, with a comfortable and relaxing vibe. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.
Spacious apartment in a 200 year old building, upstairs above a wine shop. Ideal location for a visit to Sackets Harbor. Apartment is simply furnished and decorated but comfortable. Owner owns the wine shop downstairs and was a gracious, friendly and easy to work with host.
This is probably the best location in Sacketâs to stayâcentral to everything, all the great places: Goodfellos, Whiskey Coop, Boathouse, Sackets Harbor Brewing, and Tin Pan Galley are basically right across the street, with Chrissy Beanz just up the block! Itâs cute and fairly comfortable, a little dilapidated, but I know Alex is planning to work on that soon. Alex is a super responsive hostâfor example, apparently the last guest took the iron they had. Within 1/2 hour of my asking about an iron, Glen downstairs at the bottle shop had one for me! Great people!
