Luxury, privacy and serenity close to beach, private pool

Newly constructed, luxurious, single level custom home. Private and secluded with a big backyard and a salt water/ionization system pool. Pool will be heated upon a request only at $ 50 night to 80 F. Please be aware that it takes 24 hours for the pool to get heated. We require a 3 day notice to be able to make the arrangements. There will be an addition $ 40 trip fee for last minute decisions. House is located on a quiet street in a friendly Dune Allen neighborhood. Short 10 minute walk to public beach access with showers, restrooms and parking.
Few smaller beach access areas close by. Pond in the backyard and state park behind the pond. This is an elegant, contemporary house featuring European porcelain tile, European contemporary kitchen cabinets and Italian furniture. If you like living surrounded by nature, enjoy the privacy and proximity to public beach, this house has it all.
Triple bunk beds, however the upper level might not be suitable for kids 12 and younger. Parents discretion advised. House could sleep up to 9 people (2 king beds, 1 queen and a triple bunk bed).
There are 3 smart tvs in the house with many apps. No cable tv available. Parking only in front of the house. There is enough parking for 3 cars. Garage is not available for parking. However access is granted to storage area with beach chairs, 4 bikes, beach cart and some toys. Topsail State Park nearby has a nice, less crowded beach, hiking trails, biking, activities. There is a coffee shop there with evening live music. The west end of 30a is considered the best end.

We enjoyed this house and will definitely be back. The fast response from owner, the cleanliness, the pool, and the bikes were some of our favorites. Getting the pool heated during this time was a good choice, it felt great. They had everything we needed and it was very quiet in the neighborhood and privacy for the backyard.

The host, Isabella, quickly responded to any questions we had. The house was lovely and clean. We like this location as it’s not as congested as some parts of 30A can be at times. We rented a golf cart to get around for most of the week (was just my husband and I)…easy to get to several beach access points. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. Thanks again for sharing your home!

We had high hopes for our stay based on the listing photos, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas.The furniture throughout the home was notably, uncomfortable. The living room sofas were stiff and offered very little cushioning or support, making it difficult to relax in the evenings.Communication with the owner was also challenging. While, we appreciate hosts who maintain high standards, we found the level of oversight excessive. We received frequent messages about minor details – such as the exact positioning of furniture. The constant attention to trivial matters created a somewhat tense and unwelcoming atmosphere, making it hard to feel truly at ease during our vacation.

I had a very friendly communication with Megan throughout her an entire stay. I fulfilled all her extra wishes as requested and even allowed an early check in by hiring more people to clean on the same turnover day. We exchanged Happy Easter messages and I have not heard from the guest nor contacted her any more. After the guests checked out my cleaning service reported that a very heavy sofa was moved from the Family Room to the Living Room area. This sofa is normally designed for the kids to sit on while they play their games. It is comfortable but not nearly as comfortable as the luxury leather sofa with cushions, head supports and electronic adjustable pullouts. I politely asked the guest what was the reason for moving the sofa which she responded that it was more comfortable on her back. I responded to the guest that I wish it was moved back to the room it belonged. I had only 1 person scheduled to clean that day and the girl was not able to move that heavy sofa by herself. She had to call for help and I had to pay extra for that service. My wall got scratched and slightly damaged as well because the area between the wall and the leather sofa was very tight and the heavy sofa had to be lifted up. This particular guest broke few of our house rules as well and it was also communicated in a very polite way after the check out. The main guest Megan might not had been aware of that because she had other friends stay with her and they were occupying another section of the house. I never asked the guest to compensate me for the extra work all the damages and never filed a claim with VRBO. I just wanted the guest to be aware of what had happened. I also offered to ship an item that was left behind. I truly value all my guests and care about high standards and a quality service. At the same time I feel the communication is very important. I am afraid the guest retaliated and posted an untruthful statement in her review.

Amazing Luxury Property with Excellent views and a Pool

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious and secluded property. The host was amazing, incredibly communictive, ensuring every detail was perfect for our stay. The property was exactly as described- spacious, beautifully designed, and ideal for our family getaway. The home is very close to the beach. The highlight for us was the pool - it was well maintained and provided endless fun for the kids and relaxation for the adults.This property is ideal for families seeking a relaxation and enjoyable vacation. It was amazing! 5 Stars – Perfect Girls' Weekend Getaway!We absolutely loved our stay at this charming cottage-style home in Tulsa! The location was perfect—just minutes from the Gathering Place and in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. The home itself had such a warm and cozy feel, beautifully styled with a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. It was the perfect spot for our girls' weekend to see Wicked. Really enjoyed our stay! Such a beautiful home, couldn’t of picked a more perfect place for some time away and very close to the beach. The property owner went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect. Would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
