Nice little place right on the lake

Last minute booking for us, and it was great! Cue little place. Lots to do on the property. Private beach just down the stairs. Less than 2 miles from South Haven downtown. Perfectly fit our needs!

The Conn,s stay at Sleepy Hollow

Reviewer Comments: The unit was perfect for the two of us . It was clean and spacious for the two of us. The only problem is the television in the bedroom , we were unable to get to work to view networks. We spent most of our time in town shopping and eating. It was great revisiting the place I worked for two summers in my early twenties. We will return .

I was promised a lot it was very disappointing because the promises never happened. Overgrown bushes On the walkway to the front porch had to use the side of the porch to enter the condo. Pool was only open for limited hours on holiday weekend totally unacceptable

Our kids never run out of things to do and the adults had so much time to relax. Overall, we love it there. However, our unit was poorly cleaned this visit. We were disappointed to find it sandy and hair in the bathroom as well as some of the linens.

Reviewer Comments: Only issue we had was Unit 3b was not as clean as we would have liked such as kitchen/bathroom floor. Outside of unit needed to be cleaned of cobwebs and bugs too. Good job changing towels and supplies! Maintenance people were on point! Plastic on the pullout couch mattress was kind of irritating for our kids. I would recommend some weed control/pulling weeds in beds and mulching throughout the property. Overall, beautiful/serene property! Outdoor recreation is great!

Our cottage (3B) was overall clean, but the televisions/cable did not work (not anticipated with a 21 month old). Pillows were poor quality/flat as a pancake and cases had stains - could use replacement. Also, no hanging closet space... Bushes leading to the door way overgrown and need trimming - difficult to access thru the jungle. Overall happy with accommodations and especially location. We will return.

Even though the cottage is next to other cottages, we never heard any other guests-it was very quiet. The cottage itself was clean, although we did rewash some of the dishes which needed it (no big deal), We would return again.

From the kids daily activities and all the other activities on the grounds (basketball court, playground, badminton,etc) my children had a blast! The private beach and swimming pool provided endless fun!!!
