Water View - optional BIKES - Walk 2 Pier Village

Newly renovated 2 bedroom condo has the best balcony view. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King, Queen in guest room, & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 4 bikes for additional fee to use. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for all listings.

*2pm EST check in: $20
*12pm EST check out: $20
*Usage of 4 Bike during your entire trip: $20
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

Price Includes per stay:

1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
6 Starter Coffee Pods

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. Wonderful place for a family! Super clean, great ammendities, awesome location, for an older building the renovations are nicely done! Great communication from the host. We didnt not experience any problems. With school age kids, we had all we need and my kids loved the pond, clubhouse and esp the pool. Sitting on the balcony or family room was a favorite to watch the ducks and turtles.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The location is excellent- close to downtown and restaurants, yet only about 6 minutes from Walmart, which was very convenient. The complex is well maintained, clean, and quiet.We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ducks in the pond and listening to the fountain. The condo itself was clean, well kept, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep.
