For sleeping options, you'll find four bedrooms in this home including one room with en suite bath off the kitchen, one kid-friendly bunk room off the living area, and two additional bedrooms upstairs for a grand total of nine beds. And outside, this home includes a large, enclosed yard, a furnished patio, and a private gas grill.

This home also sits within 30 miles of Wimberly, New Braunfels, and Gruene, where you'll find seasonal markets, boutique shops, great food, and live music at places like the iconic Gruene Hall and Whitewater Amphitheater. And if a casual float is on the agenda, tubers can easily access the Guadalupe River for a relaxing day out.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
