A quick walk to everything that 12th South has to offer and a 10 minute drive to Broadway - this location can't be beat. This penthouse is perfectly close to everything Nashville has to offer, while you and your guests relax in luxury!



This two-story unit features two bedrooms, both with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to six guests. Washers and dryers are in unit for easy laundry. Tall, vaulted ceilings create a true city feel on a lovely tree-lined street.

We hope you are able to take advantage of a cycling class while you're staying with us. Because of the location of the studio in proximity to your unit, you should expect light vibrations and noise during class hours from the cycle studio, which operates from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekends.

- We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and properties with the same care as your own home.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to arranging for onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
