This is a charming house for the most comfortable vacation. This is a brand new remodeled home features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, range, oven, microwave and everything needed to cook a full meal. Kids There is wireless internet throughout the house. Premium Gel memory foam mattress used in every room

Great place to stage a Disney trip

We had three families staying at this property so that we could spend a few days at the Disneyland complex. It's a quick easy drive to the parking structure, or a reasonably affordable uber ride away.

Great place to stay

Property was in a great location. House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Communication with property manager was great. We could have used more bath hand towels and rags. Pillows need to be replaced and could have used extra blankets.Will definitely stay here again.

Anaheim

Phong was kind enough to let my group and me stay at his home. It was conveniently located near all the attractions in Anaheim. The house was very clean and spacious enough to accommodate our large group. The property was well-maintained, and Phong was very responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Great location but whoever is the housekeeper they are really slacking. The walls are very dirty and the floor.

The house is only 2 miles away from Disneyland Park. Very convenient and close to everywhere we go.

Family gathering

We rented the house for the Thanks giving Holliday. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the house. We entered a quite clean, spacious and bright kitchen and sitting room combo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were on the small size but, the brightness of the rooms made nup for the size. Every room was very comfortable. The bathrooms were supplied with lots of towels, soup, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are grocery store and starbucks within 3/5 min of the house and a easy access of freeway. I trully recomand this house.

Great Place

This house is close to Disneyland and has all that our family needed for a pleasant stay. The house is clean, convenient, well sticked, and delightful. This is our second time and I plan on staying here again next year for our family reunion/vacation.

Cute little home!

Great house and was better than we expected. We thought the house was going to be small based on zillow information but it was roomy enough for the 10 of us staying in the home. Loved that there were 3 full size bathrooms! Only wish was for more couch/living room seating space. Large dining room table was cool too.

Getting away from Arizona heat for a couple days!!!

We really enjoy our stay, only "2 things" (1) the sheets from one of the bedroom was full of hair so apparently they weren't wash or change so we wash them and (2) the dishwasher was apparently was broken maybe from previous renters so dirty water was left in it. Overall really nice house, centrally located *please put more mirror in rooms.

Family Wedding Getaway

We (8 adults) stayed at this rental for a family wedding. Parking was at a premium as the street was full of cars which made it hard for us who had 3 cars. The kitchen was open and nice. The gas stove had issues that were not resolved after calling the owner as the handyman could not resolve. However she was helpful to get light bulbs. Seating is ok but not comfortable for a group our size. Bedrooms fit all of the family. Overall it was nice however it needs some enhanced cleaning and updating. Wear and tear are typical and location is close to beach. Disney, Knot's Berry Farm and shopping. I would recommend for families traveling together.

Close to Disney, good house for couples/ adult trip

We stayed here for an adults only Disney trip. It worked good for our group of 5 couples. The bedrooms were all nice and looked how they were listed. The “master” bedroom with the king size bed and day bed is actually not the room with the in-suite bathroom. The room with a bathroom connected is just one of the other queen bed rooms, just something to be aware of. All three bathrooms were very small but they have been updated recently. The owner does provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in all the showers which is nice. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped for doing so. The couch that is shown in the listing pictures is different from what is there now, the new one is actually bigger and more accommodating for lots of people- we sat about 6 people on it at one time. The outdoor furniture is also different than what is listed. It is just a table with two benches now, not the chairs. The backyard is actually quite big with lots of grass. The game room/ laundry room was a very nice addition. It’s in the detached garage. In the garage they had lots of extra beach supplies, sleeping mats and cots, a crib & stroller. Overall the house was clean but there were a few areas that needed a little bit more attention we were mostly noticing dirty walls and doors and there were ants in one of the bathrooms.

Great family place for Disney Vacation

I'm always worried about staying in new properties and the size, but this place was great. It was a great place to stay with the family to visit Disneyland. Loved the layout and that it had 3 restroom. The location was great, so many things close by. I used to getting the procedure to check in ahead of time and I was a little worried since we didn't receive it before getting on the road, but as soon as I reached out to the owner they immediately sent it to me. Didn't have to reach out to the owner for anything else. Highly recommend this place, I would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

This home was perfect for us. There was enough room for everyone, and enough bathrooms for all of the women and girls. Everything was clean. The kitchen had most everything we needed. I always travel with my own sharp knives and spices, so I did not need those at the home.
