This recently remodeled duplex is gorgeous and comfortable! The property is only 7 houses to the sand so going back and forth from the beach to the house is really easy. You can see the ocean from the balcony and front of the house. This property is great for big families. You have 2 units (no internal entrances between the two).

Upstairs has 4 bedrooms all with king size beds, a great balcony with right side view of the ocean and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

The downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the second room has a queen bed. There is a queen size sofa bed as well. The living room has bifold patio doors that open to the big patio. This is California living at it's best!

The oversized garage houses the provided bikes and beach gear and can accommodate even some larger cars. We have plenty of chairs, boogie boards, surf board, wetsuits, wagon, and sand toys for you to use while at the house. There are 2 sets of washers and dryers (free of charge of course). We also provide some beach cruisers with bike locks.

Brand new air conditioning in both units makes summer months very comfortable which many rentals in Newport don't offer. Trust us, you do need it!

This property is in a great location on 39th Street, close enough to walk to the pier, restaurants and shopping. Park the cars for the week and cruise the town on foot or take the bikes out! You can't go wrong with this rental!

Since this property is newer to us there are less reviews than our other rentals but they are all 5 star and if you need more references / reviews you can click on any of our other properties to give you a good idea of the kind of reviews we get. We work really hard to keep the property in tip top shape and provide everything our guests might need to make their stay comfortable!

It is recommended to purchase traveller's insurance - no refunds outside of cancellation policy including Covid excuses, consider travelers insurance. We do work with guests in that if we find a replacement renter we will refund even if outside of cancellation policy.

Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids). Parents do not attempt to rent for your under age kids.
