The Warehouse District offers easy walkability to restaurants and night life (but don't worry, it's nice and quiet on the top floor). From the airport, the RTA Rapid Transit red line/ Terminal Tower stop will get you within a 10 min walking distance of the building.

I left after one day. A VERY POOR VALUE for the money.

First off, the day before check-in, the host wrote to tell me that the front door had been damaged. I have photos. It looks like a derelict building. The entry is filthy and the carpets are thrown in a pile. The restaurant next door causes the hallways to reek. There were boxes all over the hallway. BUT the worst thing about the place is that the "bedroom" is just a raised area surrounded by a half-wall. I couldn't sleep for the noise of the mechanical systems and had to get up and unplug the refrigerator as it was against the half-wall and vibrating the wall and the bed and making a huge noise. The place is NOT a penthouse, but a small slice of a 6-story old building badly in need of a facelift. Parking is a nightmare, something also I was told ONE day before check-in. I had to pay an attendant in cash ot be able to leave my car overnight. Not a nice building, not a nice area, and definitely NOT a nice experience, despite being more expensive than a really nice hotel.

Sandy, we’re sorry to hear that your experience fell short of expectations. The information provided on this listing, paired with our photos are intended to inform on parking as well as the nature of the bedroom walls open to the rest of the unit. Please keep in mind this is a historic building located in a downtown area, sounds and smells outside the building are outside of our control but at least the top floor is as quite as it can be. We agree that it’s unfortunate that a vehicle recently struck our front door. This is something our HOA is working hard to replace but such things take time. We’d been informed of your planned early departure prior to the start of your stay, so we didn’t realize your early departure was due to your experience falling short of what you envisioned. We sincerely hope your future stays meet your expectations. Please inform hosts on your requirements (i.e. parking, etc) to ensure your trips go as expected.
