This is a gem! It was in pristine condition and exactly as described. The onsite, covered parking was perfect, and the location is great. We easily walked to restaurants in Little Italy and down on Euclid. Hope to stay here again on future visits to see our Case Western Spartan!
My daughter and I came to visit CWRU, which she will begin next year. She was advised by other students to eay in Little Italy, and lo and behold, this place is two blocks from all the restaurants! Perfect place - outside the action, so quiet, but walking distance. It looked great inside too, very cute and comfy. Highly recommended!
This has to be one of the best places weâve booked throughout the years. The space has such a great location! So close to Little Italy, museums, CIA, and Case Western. It is very easy to access. We love the off street parking. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. We appreciate the eye to detail. The kids had fun with the games during downtown. And we all had a great nightâs sleep on super comfortable mattresses. Thank you so much. We happy to stay again soon.
This place was perfect. My son was sick and I needed to take care of him for a few days. This was perfect. Quality pots and pans, every kitchen utensil you would need. Great laundry facilities, Super clean. The host was great. He even checked in via VRBO app to see if we needed anything. Thank you.
With exception to a little hickup regarding the check-in process, which was quickly corrected by the property manager, our stay went perfectly. The apartment is in the Little Italy neighborhood, which is very hip and cool, while also being safe and very close to the CWRU campus and University Hospitals. I highly recommend this property.
Excellent Condition Convenient to Little Italy and CRWU
This property is clean and well maintained. When lights in the kitchen were flickering annoyingly, the host responded promptly in person and by text to inform us that the lights were on a dimmer switch that needed to be adjusted. Problem solved. Off-street parking behind the building in a garage was helpful. Location was perfect for walking to our son's apartment near CWRU and restaurants in Little Italy, as well as cultural attractions in the area. We would stay here again if possible.
We were in town for 6 days for medical care at the Cleveland Clinic. I highly recommend staying here for that purpose, especially if you are like us and need a kitchen due to dietary restrictions. The apartment is a very short drive away from the clinic. The unit was clean and as advertised, with very comfortable beds (and I have back problems so that is a tall order for me) and the cooking basics you need to make meals. The Cuisinart pots and pans were in excellent shape - far better than most rentals I've stayed in. There are Italian restaurants and a coffee shop/bar within a block of the unit and the main Little Italy street with many restaurants is very close - a nice walk or short drive.A couple of quirks to note that didn't impact our stay at all - the front bedroom is very warm and the back bedroom is a bit cool so pick which one you prefer (and put your kids in the other!). There are also a couple of steps to navigate from the garage to the back door, which could be a concern if you have walking challenges but will not be a problem for most people. If you're heading to the clinic I would use valet parking at the clinic to alleviate any stress with that part of your day. I would also practice actually driving to the building you are headed to. While the clinic provides information to navigate long-term construction it is still very confusing. We were glad we figured it out before the day of our appointment.
