With rail access from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport just two blocks

away, arriving and exploring the city couldn’t be easier. Sip your morning

coffee while taking in the cityscape or unwind to some vinyl music after a

night out downtown—this stay is all about living like a local, right in the

center of it all.



For added convenience, the building offers accessible entry via a side

entrance located on W 4th Street, featuring a ramp that leads directly into

the building. Once inside, guests can take advantage of two elevators

providing easy access to the fifth floor. Please note that while the unit is

primarily on one level, there are two steps leading up to each of the

bedrooms.

contemporary finishes, it’s ideal for everything from morning coffee to a full

homemade dinner. The generous counter space gives you room to prep and plate

with ease, while ample shelving and organized storage make everything you need

easy to find. Whether you're cooking from scratch or enjoying takeout from a

nearby restaurant, this kitchen offers both function and convenience.



An adjacent dining area provides the perfect space to share meals, plan your

BEDROOMS AND BATHS:



This condo comfortably hosts up to five guests across two bedrooms, with an

additional air mattress available for added flexibility. Both bedrooms offer a

quiet and comfortable place to wind down, each featuring clean, cozy bedding,

soft lighting, and enough space to unpack and settle in.



* The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and also includes an en-suite bathroom.

* Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletry essentials, ensuring you have everything you need from the moment you arrive.

* The air mattress can be set up in the living area as needed—ideal for small families, mixed groups, or anyone looking to spread out during their stay.

PROPERTY RULES:



* Pets are not allowed

* No Smoking

* No events, parties, or large gatherings

* $500 smoking fee; $100 fee for lost key fob

* Please report any damages that occur during stay.

* Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.

* Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

* If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.
