The house was as described and the communication with the owner was fast and simple. We really appreciated our time there. Also, the short 7 min walk to the beach was the perfect distance and balance.

Large house, fantastic location

Perfect house for large families. Many great restaurants in area, easy access to great beach.The bed in Master bedroom was a little difficult to sleep on, otherwise enjoyed the house.

Fabulous property, great location

Chet's home was really lovely, just as it was depicted in the photos. Every bedroom and bathroom was nicely appointed and well maintained. The beds and bedding were very comfy. Our favorite part of the day was sitting on the second floor deck off the master bedroom, drinking coffee and catching up on the day's news as the sun peeked around the house. Communication with the owner and management was excellent and always prompt. Perfect property for large groups or family get-togethers!

Girls weekend

A great place and location, it was perfect for a group of friends to catch up and hang out. I will book again. My only complaint is the curtain rod was down and I was told someone would be out to fix and no one never came.

Great Stay!

Communication with JC and Chet was great. The home was amazing with plenty of room (12 adults) along with an intercoastal view. The pool area was a plus with a television available. It is centrally located to many restaurants in downtown Hollywood, on the strip towards the beach (Margaritaville), a grocery store (Publix) and easy access to I-95 N/S. Make sure to abide by neighborhood quiet hours (10p-9a) which also incorporates inside the home due to texts messages recieved. Overall, our family experience was a memorable, spectacular occasion!

Plenty of room for hanging out and eating big meals together for our multigenerational group of 13 ranging from ages 3 to 78. Beautiful views of the intercostal “lake” and a very relaxing vibe. The cousins were all entertained by the pool table, skee-ball, and the actual pool, all the parents were thrilled to have plenty of bedrooms, and the grandparents were so happy to have everyone together. While the property is not 7 minutes from the beach/boardwalk on foot (unless you’re jogging at a quick clip) it’s a reasonable 15 minute pedestrian/stroller friendly walk. Chet was quick to respond to our questions. If you are particular about bed set-ups, as the listing says, the furniture is subject to change so check with the owner in advance on king vs queen vs bunk etc. (We were surprised there wasn’t a room with bunk beds as pictured but realize that was our mistake and all was well. The house already had a number of pack-n-plays and high chairs so if you are traveling with littles, before you bring or rent, check your needs with the owner. FYI the recent construction on the raised sea walls means the dock isn’t accessible without climbing (not appropriate for littles or elderly) but imagine that is temporary.

Bachelorette

Where should I start from start to end. Before we arrived Chet granted early check in. They gave us a tour of the property. Very polite and nice. The property is very clean and in a great location. The water front was absolutely beautiful. We didn’t know how to start the fire pit they sent maintenance out right away. This was our first time staying in Hollywood. We will be back. If I could give this property a 10 stars I would. Definitely above 5 stars.

Great house and great host

House was just like the pictures and was only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room at the house with 12 people staying. The host was constantly in contact and checking in to make sure everything was going well with the property.

Great location

Overall a fantastic house. When we arrived, the AC was not working, but Chat was able to send someone right away and they came back the next day to repair it. We had some other items come up during our 3 night stay. The house is in need of some repairs, but the manager has an excellent response time and is vey helpful. The location is fantastic.

Lovely Home

Beautiful house. Great view out of the front. Comfortable beds and amenities. Pool area was ok- wish it got some Sun but it was fine. Lots of little things didn’t work. Nothing major but they were nuisances. - water/ice dispenser, outside tv, no lights outside- made grilling a challenge. Easy fixes- just a little sloppy.

Perfect Location

This home was just as beautiful as the pictures. Our family enjoyed every amenity that was offered and more! The water view across from the home is wonderful. We had a few necessities and they were taken care of quickly. We are looking forward to going back next year! Thank you!!!

Excellent Modern Home in a Stunning Location

Beautiful home in a great location. Well designed layout, nice furniture and good amenities. The host/owner provided great service and was responsive throughout our stay. Definitely recommended for anyone else needed a large home for a big group visiting South Florida.
