We provide BBQ tools but we are not responsible for filling up the propane tank. If you find it empty during the stay, you will need to fill it up for your use. Please clean the grill after use.

Pet Friendly: We allow house/potty trained dogs not more than 50 lbs for only a PET FEE of $100 per pet and will be requested separately once your booking is confirmed. We allow maximum of 2 pets. FRIENDLY REMINDER, NO PITBULL, NO PET MORE THAN 50 LBS. Thank you:)

Pool liability addendum:
When booking with us you are signing an agreement that you are aware of and assume the risk for yourself, any children, and for all guests or invitees during your stay. We are not responsible for any accidents caused by guests and all individuals in the Guest party. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless us from any liability resulting from harm or injury caused by Guest and all individuals in Guest’s party using the pool and/or any equipment.

By completing the VRBO reservation the Primary Guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with this agreement and will inform others listed on booking of the same.

Booking requirements:
We do need to verify your ID to ensure you are the primary person as we do not allow third party reservation.
Please do provide the first name and last name of the members in your group who would be staying at the house.
When requesting to book, please let us know where you are traveling from, whom you are traveling with and what brings you to Arizona.
We are flexible with early check in or late check out if we can accommodate and communication is the key.

Other things to note
There is a video doorbell at the entrance of the door for security of the guests and preventing trespassing.
No smoking inside the house.
We do NOT allow pets at the house.
