This property enjoys 3 spacious re-designed bedrooms with either a King or Queen bed as their primary and additional twins for our larger groups. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom too!

We find it beneficial to break down the bed set up, so here is a detailed layout:

Bedroom #1 = 1 Queen size bed & 2 Twin size beds in Bunk formation. It has an en-suite bathroom with tub shower combo. (3 Beds - sleeps up to 4 people).

Bedroom #2 = 1 Queen size bed & 2 Twin size beds in Bunk formation. It has an en-suite bathroom with tub shower combo. (3 Beds - sleeps up to 4 people).

Bedroom #3 = 1 King size bed & 2 Twin size beds in a Day Bed and Trundle formation. It has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and also features a stylish make-up station. (3 Beds - sleeps up to 4 people).

The Games Room = 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. (1 Bed - sleeps up to 2 people).

The whole house has been wonderfully renovated, featuring a variety of hardwood, tile and stained concrete flooring. The kitchen is tremendously well equipped with everything you need to eat in and entertain.
An island with barstool seating and a spacious dining area allows your entire group to hang out and have food and drinks together.
When you are ready to wind down and play some games, head down to the converted garage that has been finished out as a brilliant games room. In this great hang out space, you can relax on the sleeper sofa in-front of the flat screen tv, challenge each other to a game of pool, set the ping pong table topper for a round of beer-pong or pour yourself a drink from the full size fridge and bar.
There is a laundry room in the home should you need to wash your clothes while visiting and it is equipped with an iron & board, hairdryers and shower gels etc for your convenience.

Within the community there is a nice covered area to eat and grill outside should you decide to whip up some steaks or burgers at home!
Alternatively, 'Husk' one of Nashville's premier restaurants is literally next door.

Please note that there is limited parking onsite and at the street and it is first come first served. There is a gated section where a key fob to open said gate can be accessed once you arrive and it is located in the kitchen drawer (please always make sure it is returned). This section can accommodate one car for your group and any other will be reliant on street parking.

You can walk to everything in Downtown Nashville within a few minutes. If you are attending a concert at Bridgestone Arena, The Schermerhorn Symphony Hall or The Ascend Amphitheater, it's all just a few minutes walk from your door. If your team is playing The Tennessee Titans or The Nashville Predators then you can avoid all the game time traffic and simply walk to the stadiums in no time at all.

Walking is the easiest, but uber and lyft is ideal too.
