A great view from the balcony of this 6th floor 2 BR, 2 BA condo in Building 3 greets the morning sun and offers afternoon shade. The bedrooms are queen size, and the hide-a-bed sofa is full size to sleep a total of six guests. The keyless entry front door directly overlooks the resort's main swimming pool, hot tub, grilling area. No road crossing on the way to the beach for our guests! Just stroll down the walkway to the beachside elevator which lands at the dune crossover. A one umbrella and 2 chair beach set-up is included with your rental (March - October only). Extra set-ups and paddle board/kayak rentals available on the beach. Inside this beachy, upscale furnished unit you have new flat screens in living room and bedrooms plus WIFI. All your shopping needs are close by the complex.

Excellent host and excellent with communication. Condo was clean, well stocked and exactly as described. Would definitely rent again as our experience was fantastic and loved the area and condo.
The place was clean and communication with owner was a breeze. The beds could be a little more comfortable but overall we loved it đ We love Mainsail and will be back!
We were delighted to stay so close to the beach with beautiful view high enough up to see the sunrise each morning. The Beach chair setups and elevators were so nice and made the daily trips to and from the beach much less hassle.
Canât say enough amazing things about Gerry and this property! I look forward to coming to this area every year with my dad & hope Iâm able to book this place again for the next trip.
We really liked the condo! The layout was nice, we particularly enjoyed the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, which is important to us as we usually like to make dinner a few nights when we go on vacation.
We loved our stay here. The condo is spacious and clean with a deck that looks out into the ocean. We loved having easy access to the beach. Jerry is great to work with and super responsive to any of our inquiries. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and care they put into the place.
Condo was Great! Superb in cleanliness & Great Location. We enjoyed having complimentary Beach Chairs w/ umbrellas,a must have!! Perfect Ocean water clear on most days!! Gerald was great with communication & appreciate him when we needed his assistant!! Would definitely keep this condo in mind again for future use!! Thanks again!! Night time views were also amazing!!
Great location with private beach access. Great communication with owner who had everything we needed at the condo. Coffee, groceries, and outlet mall were also all walking distance.

Stayed here for my 23rd birthday! Loved the condo! Perfect location, beautiful decor and so many cute beach themed dinnerware. The pool was amazing and the hot tub is PERFECT. The best location since itâs right on the beach and they even offered chairs with an umbrella. Will return next year for sure!
We are Beth and Jerry Creel from Trussville, AL. We are now listing on VRBO (2021) because I retired in November 2020. I am a retired engineer/project manager, and my wife is a retired schoolteacher. We have two married daughters and two grandsons. We use the condo ourselves in the spring (outside of spring break) and fall (when not using our season tickets to University of Alabama football home games). We like to welcome snowbirds for January and February, and also rent our unit during spring break and "high season". But are at Mainsail 70-80 days a year and that may increase since we are now both retired and a lot of our retired friends live or have properties in the area. Mainsail 361 is truly our vacation home and not just an investment in rental property. Our youngest daughter was married on the beach here in August of 2020. Beth enjoys the outlet mall shopping; I enjoy fishing and bicycle riding; and we both enjoy sitting on the beach and dinners out in great local restaurants.
We rented at Mainsail every year since 1994/1995 before becoming owners in 2014. We have always loved Mainsail because it's in a great location near all the thing we need, has a wonderful beach with all the amenities, and is more family oriented than some other properties. Our unit, Mainsail 361 (Building 3, Floor 6, Unit 1) is an easy walk to the beach. Located on the 6th floor, it offers a great view of the coastline toward the east and the gulf view is only partially obstructed (see the photos). The balcony gets morning sun and afternoon shade. As an end unit. the bedrooms do not share a wall with other units so it's quiet. The main swimming pool area is directly below our entry (quite after 10 p.m.). The furnishings are somewhat upscale but durable including new flat screen TVs, new Cindy Crawford sofa and love seat in the living room and sports a beachy color scheme.
Mainsail is a gated community with 24/7 security. Mainsail has security cameras at various locations on the property including coverage of the pool and hot tub area (video access is limited to Mainsail Management and Courtesy Patrol). Starbucks and the factory outlets at Silver Sands are just across highway 98. CVS drug store, Winn Dixie grocery store, and Chic-fila are walking distance from Mainsail. Many local and chain restaurants are close by as well.
