Prime Location: Situated in the Vibe District in Virginia Beach, you’ll be close to the best spots in the area, including the Virginia Beach Convention Center, the Atlantic Park Surf, and the Dome music venue.

Enjoy self-check-in for your convenience with the electronic door lock. The first level has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one room with an ensuite bathroom, and the other with a half bathroom nearby attached to the laundry room.

The main space on the first floor features a spacious living room and a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with a large island. ALL bedrooms and the living room have TVs plus other apps you can sign into your own accounts. Off of the dining space, there is a beautiful sun room to relax, and a fenced backyard with cornhole boards, a gas grill, and plenty of places to sit in the backyard.

The second level has 3 bedrooms. The large master suite features a King-sized bed and a massive shower, and a walk-in closet in the ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. With provided beach gear, high-speed WIFI, and a great outdoor space, this will become your new go-to spot!

There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion-activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation; it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!

This area does have military installations nearby, and loud jets will periodically fly overhead. Please be aware that you are sensitive to noise.
