The Third bedroom also has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with a set of bunk beds. This home has a large fully stocked kitchen with a bar area. A dining area and comfortable furniture to enjoy a movie night with your family. The large separate laundry is convenient and away from the living room.
The exterior of the home has a covered porch with a dining table and also an additional side porch. There is a ramp to access the home if stairs are an issue or if you have wheelchair bound family. There is additional parking in the rear of the property for extra cars.

Complimentary 4 passenger Golfcart included in Rental. ***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $450 per week and $550 per week for an additional Limo golf cart. This fee is not included in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. ***  OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES AND WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY.
