Perfect set up

This place was perfect for us. They thought of everything and we felt right at home. It is a very walkable area as well. One afternoon we arrived back after a fun day to fid 4 deer just casually lounging under a shade tree in the grass.

Perfect location

This condo worked beautifully for our vacation in Jackson Hole. We could walk to downtown Jackson to shop or enjoy the many and varied restaurants. We even walked to the County Fair that was in town. It was also the perfect hub for spending time in both the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone! We would definitely stay here again!

Ski Vacation in Jackson

Overall, our group had a fantastic stay. The unit was a good size, with plenty of bed space and some cozy common areas. Unit was stocked with essentials. The management company was extremely professional and accommodating. 10-15 minute walk to downtown Jackson, right across the street from a bus stop to get to Jackson hole (ride took ~1 hour though). My only complaint was that the fridge was broken. This wasn’t communicated to us. It seemed that Outpost solved this problem by setting up 2 mini fridges in the living room. So it still worked out, it was just a little strange

Ok Stay

Overall, the accommodations were OK. The location was good, we've stayed in this area before and it is a long walk to town but do-able. The size of the condo was good for our group. Our suggestions are the below: -Check-in - this is the only VRBO accommodation that has requested my flight info. In giving it to them, they knew we arrived slightly before check-in at 1 pm. We touched base with the rental & requested to be informed if early check-in was possible. We then grocery shopped & arrived to the rental 1 hour prior to check-in time. The rental still said we could not go in. No one went in or out of the rental from 3 pm to 4 pm... the rental was not cleaned during or close to that time because it was HOT & had a scent to it that reconfirmed it hadn't been cleaned in hours. It would've been very much appreciated if we'd been allowed in slightly earlier OR if I could have at least been able to enter & turn on the air on the top floor. Cleanliness - Every bed skirt appeared messy - one was completely tucked under the mattress. There were dirty towels behind the bottom floor bathroom door. Again, it was HOT & had an unfortunate smells for hours after we arrived. The dishwasher was full (the cleaning service should have emptied this.) Safety - In the top floor bedroom there is a dresser with 5 drawers. My 5 year old son was trying to get something out of the top drawer & the entire thing came crashing down onto him. This should 100% be secured onto the wall.

Hi Megan, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your time at Pitchfork 2105. While we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and that the size of the home suited your needs, we are truly sorry to learn of the disappointing aspects of your stay. We wish we had known of the cleanliness oversights as we would have been happy to send our housekeeping team to address these items. That being said, these should have been caught prior to your arrival and we will be sure to address this internally. We are also very sorry to hear of the incident with the dresser. This has not been an issue in the past and, had we been notified, we would have sent our maintenance team but we certainly understand wanting to stay unplugged while on vacation. Our digital locks are programmed to be activated at check-in time, 4 PM. We will adjust this for early check-ins if we are notified by our inspections team that the home is ready prior to 4 PM. We are disappointed to hear that the home was ready for your family and this was not internally communicated to accommodate early access. While we can confirm that the property was cleaned that afternoon, we will be sure to emphasize to our teams the importance of relaying when a property is ready early as this is the very reason we request our guests’ arrival times. We sincerely apologize for the wait you experienced. The guest experience is very important to us and we hope that despite these items, you were able to enjoy your time in Jackson overall. Great location with a few issues

Location was great for Snow King and easy drive to town to eat. Was disappointed with checkin process, we wanted to check in early and we were told that they would let us know when the unit was ready. We got to the unit at 3 and sat outside assuming it was being cleaned and only to go into the unit at 4 because the door was propped open and no one was there. After letting the company know, then at 4:20 we were notified I was good to check in. More frustrating than anything that the communication wasn’t punctual. Dishwasher broken and was not told until I notified them and never got resolved. We also struggled to get the heater downstairs to work consistently. Jackson was amazing and location was good! There have been multiple times now when working with mgmt companies instead of individuals in that when things go wrong, the mgmt company’s customer is the owner of the unit and not us.

We appreciated the notebook listing restaurants and other items of interest. The check in process was seamless. It’s a little bit of a walk to town but not too bad and we did it every day! Enjoyed our stay very much!
