For 2 nights stay you have had large 3 trash bags. Laundry detergent was for 10 loads and I am not sure why you needed more. 1 min drive or 5 min walk from the house to gas station near by, you could purchase for less than 5 dollars charcoal if you needed it for the BBQ grill. It is unfair, that you felt that it was hard to get hold of me. I promptly notified you, that I will be travelling and may not have reception all the time and answered your question about providing you with cooler 3 hours later as I had no reception right at the time. You also have had the phone and name of emergency contact if I was not available. I am frustrated that you failed to notify me of broken glass when you left

I am proud of having not cluttered house with a lot of space. Mattress softness is personal preference and can’t please all. Outdoor chairs for dining 5 yards from the house is the pool area with soft areas to seat and enjoy Also you can use extra pillows and blankets if needed

I have never closed the washing mashing door and we keep it open as a routine and nobody felt the smell of mold. My house is new and has been only used as vacation rental for one year and washing machine is new. I guess, you could be right that if you had it closed with wet content it can smell mold. You used all my towels and it is dishonest to state otherwise. I am sorry about your frustration, but writing that the dinnerware has not been branded is another false, dishonest retaliation comment. You had a photo of the brand called "Over and back" which I send to you with measurements of the bowl. The dishes set was for 8 persons, but I could buy 4 set replacement. I notified you right away that you can purchase the same brand fine porcelain replacement. I am amazed how for 5 days and 4 nights after breaking the dish at my house you did not buy the replacement and felt that I have to have less dishes as it was only 6 dinning chairs at the table and left house without letting me know. When notified of damage you wanted to replace it with cheapest amazon bowls which are thick and heavy and not possible to use and do not match the rest of the dinnerware. When you are staying at my house I am proud to provide high quality porcelain dinnerware and had to replace the set of 4 as they are not sold individually. I charged you exactly what I paid. Per VRBO, I was not obligated to provide proof of purchase receipt to you as you failed to replace the broken dish and was not able to understand that you can not replace one dish from the set and whole set replacement needed. I have 8 pages small, not ring binder with one page with large print stating that you have to replace broken items . The same rules are online if you are not able to use binder. Stating that it is large rules binder is another false claim. I hope you understand from this experience that when you stay as a guest you have to be mindful and if you break things you have to notify the owner and replace the broken item with equivalent not the cheapest version of it.
