Best of both worlds! You are in nature but close to UVA, downtown and restaurants. Honey B is clean and comfortable with many amenities. It has a lofty feel with the footprint of a small house. High ceilings and several skylights allow for light and privacy in the quiet neighborhood of Sherwood Farms. Located on the southwest side of Charlottesville, just 7 minutes to Scott Stadium, UVA campus, and restaurants, about 10 minutes to historic downtown mall, Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and central to many major wineries and breweries.

A spacious alternative to hotels. The surrounding large garden is peaceful and relaxing. Whether you are here for work or attending events; for sightseeing or simply a weekend gateway, it’s a great place to unwind for a good night’s sleep and sweet dreams.

There are 2 guest houses on the property, Honey House and Honey B. They are separate but nearby, designed with maximum privacy in mind: different parking locations and separate building entrances. Ideal for 2 couples vacationing together.

We are friendly and unobtrusive. You may see us sometimes in the vegetable garden or the small apiary with bees all the way back. You may also encounter a few bunnies and birds as well as butterflies. You are welcome to herbs from the garden for cooking.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the treasure that is Charlottesville. The home is clean and well stocked (thank you for the snacks and for having cream for my coffee!).

Perfect Retreat in Charlottesville

My husband and I stayed at Honey B for Easter weekend. The little house is immaculate and well-stocked. It's super easy to get to UVA and the Downtown Mall from the location. At the same time, the location is peaceful and quiet. We'd definitely stay in one of Rob's homes again!

Super cute and well maintained little cottage! The location really can’t be beat, it is accessible to so much within a 20ish minute drive. Rob and Lili were great hosts, we would definitely stay there again!

A Really Wonderful Stay.

Had a fantastic stay at Honey B. Comms with the hosts were prompt and pleasant. Check in was super simple. Location was amazing. Even caught the Perseid meteor shower thanks to the clear dark sky area in which the cottage was located. 1010!

Wonderful stay for a quiet getaway.

This was our second stay at the honey b and it was just as nice as our first visit. The property is private but still in close proximity to restaurants, wineries and distilleries. The house is clean and stocked with necessities which is nice and has an overall modern yet cozy feel. We will definitely be back again next year!

Perfect Cottage

This was the perfect place for a getaway. The cottage was very clean and well appointed with modern touches throughout. Communication was great with the property owners and were very friendly when we saw them in person. We’ll definitely be returning!

Clean cozy and as adorable as advertised

The Honey B was so clean and inviting. Easy access off the highway yet tucked in the trees and a perfect retreat. All the amenities you need, they have thought of it all. I enjoyed sitting out on the porch with so many beautiful flowers to look at. This is definitely a place I would stay again.

Great space!

We loved our stay at the HoneyB house. Rob and Lili are lovely hosts. Everything is exactly as pictured (even nicer). Perfect spot for a couple. Don't miss going to Pippin Hill Winery- amazing scenery! We are looking forward to coming back.

Early Fall Getaway

My wife and I stayed with our six month old. Everything was perfect. The property is well maintained and the house was well stocked/equipped. The house was very convenient to I-64/29 and made getting around Charlottesville super easy. We hope to stay again soon.
