THE HOUSE:
Located on the 8th fairway of the Plumas Pines Golf Course, this gorgeous home is the perfect mountain getaway. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 Primary Suites, this home is perfect for groups and families. With 2 decks, you can soak up the views all year long.

For the chef of the group, you'll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen is has everything you need including, quality cookware, dinnerware for 12, blender, crockpot, 2 refrigerators, and more. Plus for the grill lover, there's a new BBQ on the back deck.

There are 2 primary suites (one has a private deck), with Cal-King beds and private bathrooms. The 2 other bedrooms feature a queen bed and 2 full beds. All the rooms come with fresh linens and pillows for your convenience and comfort.

The house comes ready for entertaining, featuring a 65" TV with Netflix and Hulu. Additionally the garage is treated as a game room, featuring a Ping-Pong table, a foosball table and more.

The house has 3 parking spots, additional parking is located around the corner from the home. We ask that you try to keep your vehicles to 4.

Pets are not allowed (due to pet allergies), a $500 carpet cleaning fee will be passed on to you if pets are on property. Sorry for any inconvenience.

THE AREA:
The area is packed full of activities. The home is located on the Plumas Pines Golf Resort (plumaspinesgolf.com), and only a 2 minute drive to the Clubhouse. Plus there's multiple world class golf courses in the area, including Whitehawk and Nakoma Resorts.

Downtown Graeagle, is a short drive away (5 Minutes), we're you can enjoy ice-cream by Mill Pond, or unique shopping at the boutique shops. There's also 2 breweries within 5 minutes of the home. Be sure to check out The Brewing Lair, where you can enjoy great craft beers, have a picnic or play Disc Golf on their 9 hole course.

The great outdoors is your backyard here, with multiple lakes, hundreds of hiking trails and fishing on the Feather River, there's something for everyone. For an easy leisure hike, be sure to check out Frazier Falls. If you're a fan of snow, there's cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and back country skiing in the area. If the sunshine is your jam, check out Gold Lake or head up to the historic Jamison Mine.

For the foodies of the bunch, there are great restaurants in the area. Some restaurants are seasonal, so be sure to look them up!

Located just 1 hour from Reno, and 4 hours form San Francisco, you'll save time traveling and spend more time relaxing.
