This secon floor apartment is 2,5 miles from the beach, 768 square feet, has 1 bedroom with a huge king bed and 1 bathroom, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, fully comfortably brand new furnished and fully equipped kitchen. You can use the condominium’s heated pool or take a walk to the shops and restaurants located within a minute.

The property could probably use some updating but the apartment was clean and had the needed essentials. Close and convenient driving distance to beaches. Good place to stay if you’re in Sarasota.

The location was great for the family and friends we visited. Close the Siesta Key beach and Turtle beach. Lots of great places to eat without going far. The unit was clean and met all of our needs.

Anita is an excellent host. Her condo is lovely. It was very clean and exactly as in the listing. She had many nice little touches to make you feel at home. The linens were so soft and the towels were thick and fluffy. You’re right across the street from a Publix and health club as well as many nearby shops. She was very flexible with our check in and check out times and the process was seamless. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The condo itself was nice. The public area & building it was in was very rundown so that was a little disappointing. Everything inside looked just like the pictures and it was a good stay. Our only suggestion might be a toaster and we didn’t care for the air fresheners and cleaning chemicals smell when we arrived, but we were able to air it out with fans and then it was fine. I’m very sensitive to smells. Very peaceful drinking our coffee on the deck in the mornings. It was a very quick trip to Siesta Key, and there was a grocery and lots of restaurants close by.

The outside leaves some to be desired as others have said, but the inside is exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. There was even leftover coffee, snacks and drinks in the fridge! The only complaint I have is that it's hard to see off of Clark Street, especially at night. The sign needs upgraded for visibility. Thank you for a great stay!

Cozy and Peaceful

I was a little worried when we drove into the development. It seemed a little run down and the sheriff was parked in the parking lot. The steps to the apartment were a little run down, too. But once we opened the door I was pleasantly surprised! The interior is so warm and inviting. The furnishings are contemporary and seem new. The balcony was private and relaxing! I actually messaged the owner about where the bed was purchased because it was so comfortable I want one for my own! The kitchen had little things that showed that the owner really cared about making you feel at home. From a few bottles of water in the fridge to the body wash in the bath, Everything was where I needed it to be. The towels were plentiful, but it didn't matter because there is a stackable washer/dryer that wasn't mentioned in the description! My only complaint was that the door was only locked with a code - for my peace of mind a deadbolt or chain lock would be appreciated. The pool area was bigger than I expected and the water was clear and warm. Grocery and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment

Apartment was very clean, comfortable, nice decor, spacious, nice outdoor sitting area facing a body of water and occasionally we saw birds about. Just one little thing: dishwasher does not clean properly as the detergent slot was broken. We ran it anyway with the detergent loose inside, but the dishes came out not properly cleaned. Nice swimming pool on the grounds though we didn’t have time to use it. Definitely would go back!! Thanks Anita

Beautiful Place

Had a very, very nice stay at Anita's place. The apartment is lovely - very clean, open, airy and beautifully decorated. (Photos are completely accurate.) Well equipped and supplied kitchen with upgraded appliances. Well appointed and comfortable living room with large flat screen television. An extremely comfortable bed in the bedroom. Everything you will need in the bathroom including a generous supply of upgraded towels. The premium spot, in my opinion, is the shaded balcony with two comfortable chairs and a small table overlooking a small lake with plenty of surrounding greenery. Spent much of my time there. The apartment is located near a main thoroughfare providing convenient access to Sarasota and its beaches. The apartment itself is set far enough back that is very quiet, even on the balcony. This is a lovely apartment and Anita is a lovely and responsive hostess. Could easily live there full-time. Highly recommend!!

Sarasota is a wonderful city with so much to do and so many places to visit. No matter your taste, there is something for everyone: sun, beaches, palm trees, marinas, charter fishing trips, boat and jet ski rentals, parks and nature trails, botanical gardens, theaters, clubs, restaurants, or shopping. Imagine waking up in the most beautiful place you can think of. That's exactly where we are located! Just minutes from Siesta Key, Siesta & Lido beaches, St Armands & Sarasota Bayfront. Boating/Fishing/Kayaking. 8 miles from the Benderson Park rowing facility. Near Publix and good restaurants. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Florida style home has been totally updated and comfortably furnished. Parking is not a problem, assigned and labeled parking belongs to the condo. Our charming apartment awaits you for a wonderful vacation!
