This beautifully updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome is the perfect location for your next seaside getaway. Entering through the front door you will immediately notice the gorgeous coastal flooring throughout and neutral color palette complete with warm coastal accents. This Forest Ridge villa has a unique floor plan as it was once a 3 bedroom now converted to a 2 bedroom to allow for a more spacious and open great room!

The spacious great room is furnished with a large cozy sleeper sofa and two accent chairs all centered around an oversized flat screen smart television and electric fireplace. Just off the living area lies the private balcony with a serene wooded view and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The private balcony features a table and two chairs for dining al fresco!

Walking into the fully equipped kitchen you will find updated white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen and offers seating for 4.

Just down the hall lies the master bedroom complete with a king size bed accented with beautiful blue and white décor, a claw foot dresser, a desk area, and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The en suite bath includes a shower tub combo as well as a stylish navy colored vanity with granite countertops and double sinks.

The neighboring second bedroom features a queen size bed, beachy décor, and a walk in closet. The guest bathroom offers a shower tub combo and is just down the hall.

This relaxing retreat is only a 3 minute walk from the pristine Amelia Island beach. Only a short walk from the villa is a community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a picnic and grilling area, and a playground. The scenic paved walk around the Forest Ridge community provides a safe recreational venue and a great place walking pets!
This property allows 1 small dog weighing no more than 100 lbs -$150 Pet Fee.

The best location in the complex. Out the back door and you are just steps to the beach. The unit is super clean and very well appointed. The abundance of games was a great bonus. Communication was easy. Loved our stay

We loved our stay in this condo. The entire property is very pet friendly, and the beach is very easy walking distance. Also nearby downtown Fernandina. Lots of food options nearby, including grocery stores.

Wonderful Trip

This condo was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The space was well-appointed, and we loved having a full kitchen and extra room to spread out. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Beach- Pool- Town house

It was a short walk to the beach. It was a nice downstairs place. It was spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us and our pup. The pool was nice also and clean. They did have more than we expected. The management was very responsive also. We would stay here again.

Great location and close to the beach!

My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was two blocks away from the beach and close to several local eateries. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay and a place we could call hone for the few days we were there. If we are in the area again, we would definitely consider this as a top choice for our vacation.

Awesome Family Getaway

The condo was in the perfect location for all we wanted to do. The beach was super close and the pool was clean and quiet. We had everything we needed in the house which was clean and comfortable. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The management team was amazing and easy to contact by text. Overall a great experience.

Sufficient sleep linens,kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms clean ok. Did experience big roaches. Soft ,scary spots in flooring. Liv room tv wouldnt connect. Quiet place. Hopefully noone falls through flooring. Im sure putting a hamper over the huge spot in bedroom was to detour you but closing blinds you experienced in master room. The one in front of closet was unavoidable in other bedroom. Said they were unaware but truthfully im sure very aware.

Great condo for my family

The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location! The property is well shaded with tennis courts and a pool. It’s a Quick walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to restaurants. We will be back!

Great condo, nice community, close to the beach

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. It’s spacious and nice, in a nice condo community that’s the perfect distance to the beach. The code they sent me for the door didn’t work but they gave me a new one to try immediately that did. They communicated frequently and well and made our stay a breeze.
