Beach Chic LBI Apartment- 1 Block from Beach

Summary:
Gorgeous 2 bed/1 bath apartment one block from the beach in Ship Bottom, LBI. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, and mini golf.

Summer 2025 season begins the last week of June to first week of Sept with 7 day minimum.

The Space:
Open floor plan kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a king bed with a closet, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

This apartment (Apartment A) is on the 2nd story and requires 1 flight of stairs to access.

Shared spaces (common areas) with our other apartment across the hall:
-Washer and dryer is in the front foyer
-outdoor shower and beach chairs (located under the stairs going up to the apartment)
-small outdoor space in the back of the building which includes a picnic table, adirondack chairs and charcoal grill

The Neighborhood:
Less than a mile from the causeway ( route 72)
One block away from Faria's surf shop
One block from Heartland Golf and Arcade
Walking distance to the Port Hole restaurant/bar and The Pancake House

Other Things to Note:
We do not have any designated parking spots; however, there is free street parking all around the area.


We love providing our guests with a home away from home experience. A few items to note that we provide:
-fully equipped kitchen
-2 small bags of coffee with coffee filters
-beach chairs and umbrellas
-bath towels, beach towels, sheets, quilts, and pillows
-steamer for clothes
-4 Ship Bottom beach passes

Fantastic place, great location

This property is perfectly located in the middle of everything! We were literally in the middle of LBI and so many things were easy to walk to in just a few blocks! The unit itself was very clean and all of the things that we thought we needed (beach towels, other necessary items) were already there! Would definitely consider renting here again..highly recommended!

Great stay!

This was my first time staying in a rental and it was perfection! The unit is exactly what is shown in the pictures, incredibly clean, and the checkin/checkout process could not have been easier. Jaclyn checked in with us upon arrival and was quick to respond to a question I had. We will definitely be coming back!

First Stay on LBI

Originally from south Jersey, we have spend lots of time on LBI but never stayed overnight there. This was our first VRBO and our first time staying on LBI. We were very pleased with the place and location, close to restaurants and mini golf too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay on LBI.

Cute and clean!

Enjoyed our stay. Loved to be able to walk to the beach and parking was easy in the winter. One thing to note- small for four adults, particularly with comfortable seating. super place for a couple, or a one child family. Every amenity was provided, so packing was a breeze!

Nice place for a little getaway

Cute little apartment we just wanted to make memories with our 96 year old mom in law in which we did thank you ! The only thing we had a hard time with was parking. Otherwise it served it’s purpose for us!

2 weeks in Ship Bottom

We had a wonderful time in this chic, modern and pristine apartment 1 block from the Ship Bottom Beach. The beds are super comfortable and all the amenities were very much appreciated. Thank you for allowing pets - we love to vacation with our mini-labradoodle Tessa. Looking forward to renting this place again in the future - we couldn't be happier with our experience. Perfect little place

Apartment was cozy and exactly as advertised 🙌 We had a very enjoyable stay with our little 1 year old. It is a perfect location, only a couple short blocks from the beach and across the street from good food and Hartland mini golf and arcade. Jaclyn (the host) checked in with us via email each day to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Will definitely rent again!!!

Immaculate Apartment on Beach Block

Apartment was immaculate & modern with everything you need. Linens & plenty of towels provided were a nice touch. Very comfy King bed. Owner checked in with us to see if we had any questions; very thoughtful. Our stay was during the Int'l Kite Festival so great to be on beach block with easy access to beach. Street parking.

Updated and clean apartment

Our stay in this apartment was very nice. (Although short, only two nights). Very clean and nicely decorated, and linens and towels were supplied. No cable tv which was ok since it was a short stay. Only minor issue was parking. Being on the boulevard getting a parking spot was hit or miss. Otherwise very nice place.
