Studio Ixchel, Lotto House

Ixchel is a private apartment within Casa Lotto, a beautiful old house recently renovated five streets from the Zocalo of Merida. The space has its own kitchenette, private bathroom and a small terrace overlooking the garden and pool. It is a very cozy, picturesque apartment with details typical of Central America.

The space
Ixchel is one of two apartments in Casa Lotto, the other is called Jade Maya.

The house also has four rooms, Talavera, Kahlo, Amate and Barroco.

Depending on availability, the entire house or the rooms and apartments can be rented separately.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a washer and dryer.

Guest access
The pool, terrace, washer/dryer and main entrance are shared with other guests of the house.

Other things to note
In our space we welcome everyone, regardless of ethnicity, sex, age or sexual orientation. We value what makes us unique and unites us as human beings.

Important: For the safety of the place and everyone, we'll ask the booker for official identification.

Parking: Most of the houses in the Center of Merida do not have parking, as they have a very old design. However, on the way back there is a private car park where you can park without a problem (50 MXN per day).

Cleanliness: In order to keep your space clean and energetic, stays longer than 7 days will be cleaned (every seventh day) and charged in cash 180 MXN.

Climate: Merida has a hot and very humid climate, so it is very easy to find insects and although the house is constantly fumigated there is always the possibility of finding some.
