Nestled in the heart of downtown Mérida, this charming space is part of a beautifully transformed building that was once a hospital, now housing 14 vibrant apartments.
Step inside your new home and be greeted by a bright, airy atmosphere filled with natural light. The open-concept layout features a cozy living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, whether you’re whipping up breakfast or hosting a dinner with friends.
The highlight of this apartment is the inviting indoor garden, offering a serene escape right within your living space. Imagine sipping your morning coffee surrounded by lush greenery or unwinding in the evening as you enjoy the tranquil ambiance.
• Check-in form: For the safety of all, we would need you to complete a form to ensure your access to the apartment. Keep in mind that we will need the names and IDs of all of the attendees including staff.
• Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.: Please let us know your arrival time beforehand so we can ensure a seamless check-in experience. If you need a different arrival time, we will have to agree prior to your check-in day (self-check-in is possible at the request and previous agreement)
• Check-out until 11:00 a.m.
We offer flexible check-in and check-out options subject to availability and the payment of an additional fee.
• For Check-in you'll be greeted by a host in the building; for this reason, we need to know your arrival time beforehand. In case your check-in is after check-in hours, let us know to arrange an alternative! (self-check-in is possible at the request and previous agreement)
• For your safety, make sure the door is locked when you exit and when you enter, for both the apartment and the building.
• Parking is available next to the building in a paid parking lot. Please keep in mind that this is a separate company that provides the parking service.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas (including balconies and common areas of the building). Avoid incurring fees and penalties.
• Parties aren’t permitted inside our apartments or in the common areas, but don’t worry, you can still host visits of groups of up to two additional people during your stay. Just remember that any visitors (including staff) must be announced before their arrival. In case you need more invites, please contact the concierge for availability.
• Be a good neighbor: Reduce the noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am up to a maximum of 50 dB and up to a max. of 55 dB during daytime.
• Pet-friendly apartments: We know that pets are part of the family. Although not all units are pet-friendly, we are more than happy to have them as our guests in the ones that are. We do charge an additional fee for the deep cleaning process after your check-out to ensure other guests also have an amazing experience.
• We kindly ask you not to take with you any item from the apartment, including equipment, decor objects, and linens. But feel free to use the filtered water, kitchen supplies, and bath products, this is our special touch for a better experience during your stay!
• Did something break or go missing during your stay? Accidents happen to all of us and we’re sure we can work things out. Please contact us in case of broken or missing items so we can inform you about if specific fees and procedures apply.
• Stays above 7 days: We can provide a courtesy (basic) cleaning and a change of linens weekly. We DON'T provide daily cleanings or daily change of linens included with the stay, if you require this service, it can be at an additional cost.
• Personal belongings and valuables brought into the building are solely the responsibility of the guest. We aren’t responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings that are stored inside the apartments and facilities. If after your departure, you believe you forgot something of your belonging inside one of our units, please contact us so we can help you locate it.
• Delivery staff must be greeted at the front door of the building for safety.
• Cleaning: To take out the trash, you'll need to exit the building and turn left until you see the designated space and bin for the building behind a gate. Don't leave trash outside of the door of the apartment or hallways. Avoid penalties or fees.
• Attention: It’s forbidden to manipulate the fire alarm or smoking systems, we also don’t allow guns of any type inside the building. The non-compliance to these rules is subject to a penalty fee.
• Keep in mind that non-compliance with these guidelines might result in additional charges or even the cancellation of your booking.
• Baggage drop services are only available in selected units. Please contact the concierge for specific details about your unit. Luggage drop is available only for guests. Please keep in mind that you are the only one responsible for your items. We can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings and luggage during your stay.
The non-compliance with these guidelines might result in additional charges (up to 2.000,00 USD per penalty) or even the cancellation of your booking.

Keep in mind that depending on the location you’re staying in with us, there might be specifications to that building or property, including the use of common areas. If you didn’t receive these rules or can’t find them in the apartment, please contact our concierge team to know more about them as not following these rules and incur into sanctions and/or penalties. You are allowed to receive up to 2 (two) visitors (or staff) per stay and all, like guests, must have an official ID to show before entering. Otherwise, access to the property can be denied and the administrator of the property shall be entitled to charge a penalty of US$100 (one hundred US dollars) plus additional taxes, per event, to whoever doesn’t comply with this rule. In case you need more visitors in the property, please contact our concierge team at least 24 hours prior, so our concierge team can confirm the possibility, otherwise the amount of invites might incur penalties. Check-in 3:00 p.m. and check-out 11:00 a.m. hours must be respected to avoid penalties. Contact your concierge to request an early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability). The furniture, bedding, cloths, technology, art, and accessories of the properties must remain within them at all times, and the guest is obliged to never remove them from the properties; damage and/or change them in any way, will make you responsible for that action; a penalty of US$300 (three hundred US dollars) plus additional taxes, can be generated in addition to the replacement cost (at commercial value, as new) of any of the missing and/or damaged items. The Properties are 100% smoke-free spaces, including balconies. A penalty of US$500 (five hundred US dollars) plus additional taxes per event, may be charged, in addition to any other applicable penalties and obligations to repair and indemnify the administrator of the property for any damage caused (including, without limitation, the collection of condominium fines). No loud noises are allowed in the properties, between 22:00 and 7:00 the next day. If guests exceed this limit during the established hours, a penalty of US$100 (one hundred US dollars) plus additional taxes, per event, may be generated in addition to any other applicable penalties and obligation to repair and indemnify the administrator of the property for any damage caused (including, without limitation, the collection of condominium fines). Animals and/or pets are only allowed in pet-friendly apartments, including animals for therapeutic purposes. If the guest needs a pet friendly apartment, they: (i) must obtain written confirmation from the administrator of the property, (ii) must pay the administrator of the property a pet fee of US$35 (thirty five hundred US dollars) plus additional taxes, at least 24 (twenty-four) hours before the User’s arrival to the Property and (iii) must accept and comply with the administrator’s of the property Pet Policy. If you fail to comply with this the administrato of the property may charge you extra fees and/or cancel the reservation. Weapons are not allowed in the building under any circumstance. In order to ensure the safety of all of our guests, staff and suppliers, we do not make any exceptions to this rule and no staff member has the faculty to authorize otherwise. If you fail to comply with this the administrator of the property may charge you an extra fee of US$500 (five hundred US dollars) plus additional taxes and/or cancel the reservation. In case any guest or person alters and/or manipulates the fire system, any type of alarms, smoke detectors, extinguishers and signs of the apartment or building, the administrator of the property shall be entitled to charge the guest a penalty equivalent to US$1,000 (one thousand US dollars) plus additional taxes, plus, if applicable, the cost of repairing said equipment. LUGGAGE DROP Each of our buildings and locations have different specifications and capacity, please check the availability for your stay with our concierge team. On the day of check-in or check-out, guests can leave their luggage in a property managed by the administrator of the property for a period of up to 8 hours. The luggage will be left either in the lobby of the building or in any other property managed by the administrator of the property as indicated by the Concierge team.
