The essence of this home was designed for families to come together, safely and enjoy the luxury of being in a coastal naturalistic environment. The private parking court yields over 5 parking spaces comfortably with access south of 30A off Bramble Grove Lane. The masterful elevation spans 3 vertical stories with residential elevator accessibility to all three floors for optimal comfort.
The first level offers a beautiful vestibule entryway from both sides of the home and offers a large first floor living area complete with custom bar, wine cellar, king bedroom with ensuite as well as direct access to the outdoor courtyard complete with outdoor kitchen, resort pool and spa, cabana with gas fireplace and a half bath for added convenience.
The second level is the epicenter of the home. The chef's kitchen is the heart of the home with dual islands and finely appointed finishes including a custom vent hood from Thierry Francois along with his signature french oak flooring. Meile appliances will be standard throughout the home, with a Viking gas range, as well as open shelving and ample cabinet space fully stocked with everything needed to entertain. The living room off the kitchen is a true paradise with access to expansive wrap around porches and 10' glass sliding doors overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the private courtyard and resort pool. The living room features ample seating and beautiful wood ceilings. The second floor offers a large bunk room with sleeping for 8 as well as two bedroom suites, private laundry and ensuite bathrooms for all bedrooms.
The third floor is the master level featuring four separate bedroom suites, most offering incredible gulf views as well as a second laundry room and sitting area. The master suite has exclusive access to the expansive covered wrap around porch and offers vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling glass sliding doors to soak in the incredible gulf vistas. The master bathroom is an in-home spa with soaking tub and shower encased in suspended glass and overlooking a floor to ceiling glass door focused on unobstructed gulf views. The overall design and function of this home is catered to hosting as many families comfortably as possible. Each bedroom is set up as a master suite with no expense spared as every ensuite features custom marble and dolomite tile as well as intricate mosaics that make each space unique and detailed.
