Dreaming of the perfect beach vacation home? Dreaming of sipping coffee on your choice of decks with views of the Gulf? Stay for a week or a month at what is perhaps one of the most spacious beach view homes on the north end of Anna Maria Island, located at the end of a quiet beach street. Phenomenal views galore! Surround yourself in luxurious comfort - a cozy gas fireplace with a cushy living room, a large dining room table where the whole family can gather, unique bedrooms with floor to ceiling bookcases - the ample master bedroom includes a sitting area. You'll find an outdoor gas barbeque and speaking of outdoors - you are only sandy steps to one of the island's most pristine beach areas - perfect for snorkeling, shelling and sunset watching. You'll find all the amenities of home and some that are probably not in your home; such as an elevator and gleaming floor to ceiling windows

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Absolutely beautiful home steps from the soft white sands. Home was clean and quiet. No issues with anything. We hope that it is available for our next trip to the island

Annual Vacation

This has been by far the best home we have booked for our annual AMI vacation. The only issue is that some rooms are hot. AC can only be adjusted to a certain temperature so the bedrooms get hot. Elevator got stuck and we couldn’t use it, but that wasn’t a big deal. Absolutely gorgeous home. Will book it again and highly recommend it

Sunset Shore

House was perfect for our needs. Have handicap person so elevator a big plus along with the open floor plan. Place could have been cleaner and need some pot holders as there are none. Fridge filter also needs to be replaced.

Anna Maria family trip

A very nice property. Very close to but not actually “on the beach”. Kitchen, family room and master suite were extremely nice. Bedroom 2 was just ok and it’s en suite bath needs work (shower tile, curtains and accessories). Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need and then some. Locks on sliding doors to the balcony do not work. Sliding screens kept falling off the track as well. Plenty of room for our group of four adults and one infant. A little pricey but it was very nice and we would stay there again.

Dodged Debby for a fantastic stay

Location! Location! Location! Family trip with three adults and two teenagers. The property was wonderful! Well furnished, spacious, modern amenities. We very much appreciated the unbelievably short walk to the beach😀. No need to haul a cooler. Made it super convenient to return to the house for beverages & eats. The large carport area at entrance was ideal to house the beach cruiser bikes, beach tent, beach chairs we rented from nearby shops. And the outdoor shower was handy. The 2nd floor patio was spacious with high quality table, chairs, and loungers. Property Manager was very responsive with any of our questions or concerns, especially with some situations being a little out of ordinary on the heels of hurricane Debby. The A/C worked fine but the ONLY negative I feel worth mentioning is the small 3rd bedroom that the teens shared was inordinately hotter than the rest of the house. This likely matters more in August than other seasons. Overall we LOVED our AMI trip & would return here without a doubt!!

Disappointing

Hi there There were multiple problems with this rental: The fireplace didn't work. It would stop and turn off cyclically. The grill had no gas. We couldn't find extra blankets. The entrance door didn't latch without engaging the dead bolt. The elevator didn't work. The wine fridge is broken. A window in the master is broken. In all..a great location with a house that needs attention. The fireplace not working during the cold snap was a problem as was the grill not having gas when we planned to cook in. And the elevator not working, not OK if that is part of the marketing.
