Luxurious Villa Minceta is located in Dubrovnik, a centuries-old town in
the south of Croatia, right next to the Dubrovnik Walls and deeply rooted in the rich history of the city with special attention and love for the interior and exterior.
A four-bedroom apartment with a private bathroom can easily accommodate up to 8 guests, while the spacious living area is made up of an open space concept, perfect for spending relaxing time with family and friends.
The house is full of bright surfaces and natural materials with carefully planned lighting for relaxation and the most comfortable stay and is fully equipped.
The exterior of the villa has a private pool with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, which are made of all-natural materials. It also includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a dining table. For the full guest's privacy, but also for the carefree play of the children, the yard is fenced with a stone wall.
Villa Minceta has 2 floors, on the ground floor is a spacious living room and dining room with table for 8 people, kitchen (coffee maker, ice maker, blender, kettle, dishwasher, microwave) bedroom, bathroom it’s not a walk-in, it’s in the hallway. On the right floor are 2 large bedrooms with a walk in the bathrooms, a view from the bedroom to the sea and the old town, on the second floor a spacious bedroom over the entire house with walk-in closet and walk-in bathroom + balcony, sea view and old town.
