Parking was a huge plus, definitely was within walking distance of Broadway! We had so much fun! Nice extras both in the kitchen and the bathroom in case you forget something. We didnt cook so i cant really rate the overall use of the kitchen but it seemed ro have anything you might need. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

This was a perfect place to stay. We had 2 couples and loved being able to easily walk everywhere. With the short walk to Broadway, we enjoyed the fact that we could park our car upon arrival and not get back in it until we left. The pictures and description are exactly what we found and the managers were very easy to communicate with. We will come back and stay here again!

Our condo was perfectly clean and so well furnished with great directions for check in/out. Owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed from coffee to disposable razors. Easy walking distance to Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Broadway and all the action.

This property is exactly as the photos portray. It is clean with little extras throughout. We loved the shared bathroom where all four of us girls could gather to get ready for the day. Easy access and a great location.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the unit was. And how big it was. Everything they stated in the listing was accurate. If we come back to Nashville, we may very well rent this unit again!

Walk to Broadway!!

Perfect Location and Great Hospitality! We had an amazing stay in this Nashville house! The location couldn’t have been better—only a ½ mile to Broadway, making it so easy to walk to all the fun. We were able to explore the area without the hassle of parking. The house was spacious with plenty of beds and room for my husband, our two teenage kids, and me to be comfortable. The owners were incredibly kind and communicative, responding quickly to any questions. They even left us snacks and toiletries, which was such a thoughtful touch. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Nashville!

Great location

Overall very positive experience. Great location and loved the onsite parking. The toys and childrens items were super helpful. My husband and son LOVED the old school arcade Pac-Man game. House is definitely well used and could use some TLC. I demolished my toes more than once on the oddly sized bottom step going upstairs. The bar top counter in the kitchen seemed like it would break and fall off with the slightest touch and was propped up with wooden shims making it slant down and not be secured at all. The closet doors were all taken off and placed in the closets which made them difficult to access (i think because the floors were just replaced).Communication was great. Super easy to walk to downtown area. Decent amount of homeless in the area but we were never bothered. High volume fire station right across the street was a giant hit with my son and we weren't bothered by the tones going off or sirens but I could see how it would be a negative for some. Would stay here again if in Nashville with family again.

Everything was fantastic. Communication and location was amazing. Only small negative was carpet and couch were a bit dirty but understand people and traffic in and out. Had a great time thank you !!

Great location

Very nice place with plenty of room. Parking was great and within walking distance to downtown. We would stay again in the future if available.

Great location and awesome house!

I visited Nashville with four friends and this was the perfect place for us. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, nice public outdoor patio, everything modern and clean, and close to Broadway. We really enjoyed our time there!

Great Location for Girls Getaway!

7 of us girls had a great stay at this convenient location! Close walk to downtown and easy parking! The rental was very clean and conveniently located to everything! We had no issues so little communication with owners but they were great with suggestions on local eats. Would definitely stay again on next visit!

Hello! Thank you for considering our homes! Our homes are in fantastic locations, carefully chosen areas where we have lived ourselves. They are NOT in "transitional" areas and feature special touches to create a memorable vacation experience.

We are huge fans of the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans, attending many of their games. Music holds a special place in our hearts, and we frequently attend shows, often securing last-minute tickets. Lastly, we are overjoyed to be the proud parents of our baby girl, Lillie!

JeTy Vacations has 9 downtown Nashville Condos in the same gated community with free parking, 2 lake homes at Center Hill Lake, a CBS Featured Staycation home in East Nashville w/ Saltwater Pool & Spa and a beachfront condo in Panama City Beach!

We enjoy exploring new places and have a range of hobbies. Currently, my favorite is wake surfing, while Tyler is an avid scuba diver. Weekends at the lake on our houseboat are another favorite pastime. Personally, I'm into hot yoga, and Tyler enjoys running in our neighborhood. In addition to hosting on Airbnb, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and work as a local realtor, specializing in helping women purchase their first homes. Tyler is a realtor and a proud Nashville native. He is always available to assist our guests and can help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation.
