Sit down and relax after a great day on the course. Enjoy the beautiful view of Pinehurst #5 on the 13th hole. The spacious and welcoming home provides everything you need in a home away from home. Enjoy a wonderful afternoon on the back deck and take in all that beautiful Pinehurst has to offer. Take a visit to the Village of Pinehurst and enjoy fine dinning and shopping. Visit historic downtown Southern Pines, and enjoy everything the town has to offer.

The Space:
Newly remodeled contemporary house with three/four bedrooms and three full bathrooms on the 13th hole of number 5 course on the Pinehurst Country Club. Kitchen is open to the living/dining area for better flow and entertaining, plus all new appliances. It also has a huge table on wheels for eating or can be used as a buffet for entertaining. All new LVT flooring and carpet on both levels. Cathedral ceiling in the living/dining area with a wall of windows and sliders to the walkway, 4 seasons room and deck. Sunken wood paneled den with a big screen tv and double-sided fireplace to the living area plus direct entrance to the four seasons room. The four seasons room has slate flooring and a big screen tv for relaxing and entertainment. The master suite has a king size bed and sliders to the deck, his & her walk-in closets and two full bathrooms. One with a tub and the other with a walk-in shower. All rooms on the upper level have excellent views of the #5 golf course and the 13th hole & 14th tee box. The lower floor has 2 bedrooms with sliders and decks, plus a full bath with tub & shower and separate area with a vanity with double sinks. There is also an entertainment room with a wall tv and round table and chairs for card and board games. Garage is NOT accessible!!

Perfect weekend!

We were in Pinehurst for a family member’s wedding. So thankful that I found this gem of a home! We were all overwhelmed with how bright & open the house was- lots of windows & skylights. House was very large so that we could spread out. Gorgeous views of golfcourse. Very private setting at the end of a cul-de-sac. All beds were super comfortable! We would all love to rent Tin Cup again :)

Great Golf Trip

House was great, We had 6 golfers staying for a long weekend of golf and watching football. The location was great and the set up was very comfortable for all of us.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The property is spacious, clean and very comfortable and is just as described in the listing. The kitchen has everything you need for quick meals. It backs right up to the golf course so you can watch people playing off the tee box. Lots of space for a group if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s a quick drive to Pinehurst #2 and the village. Communication with the host was top notch.. we’ll definitely check it out again for our next visit.

Amazing views

Excellent location we enjoyed watching golfers behind the home also surrounded by beautiful dogwood trees and azaleas highly recommended if you are coming to Pinehurst enjoyed watching prep for US Open .

Nice stay, good home

We didn't have to speak with the property manager as everything was setup in advance. The home is larger than we thought but well cared for and there were coffee pods and regular coffee which was a nice touch. The home was very clean and close to the golf courses. We'll stay there the next time we go to Pinehurst.

Great house with plenty of room!

Roomy, nicely located on the golf course, with great kitchen and Master baths. Many areas to visit with family and friends, wide-open LR/DR playing cards til midnight at DR table. Nice den with recliners and large TV, screened porch with TV, fans and furniture; outdoor deck with grill overlooking 13th hole of #5, great views while grilling out. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, a great time visiting family. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

The garage was not accessible so we weren’t able to park our golf cart and bikes in a closed area, but otherwise we loved our stay!

NOT CLEAN

The property was great . I loved the house but it was not clean . The bed appeared to be layed in so I did not sleep in the bed . The bathroom and living room had dust on the floor. A lamp in the living room was on the floor . I took about 8 photos to prove this to send to the owner . I contacted someone who I thought was the owner and he said he no longer works for the company although VRBO has him name down as a contact. please let the owner know the housekeeping staff is not up to par.

Get House

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tin Cup. There were five of us including had four college students. We had more than enough room. Loved that the house had several places to hang out and a very short drive to the Pine Hurst club house and restaurant. Would definitely rent this property again for a bigger group.

Great Golf Trip with Friends

Accommodations were perfect. Location to the Pinehurst Golf course and surrounding golf course was ideal. House was very clean and suited the eight of us. The back porch was a plus. Great time.

Peace in the Pines

Having family in the area I wanted to rent a place for more family to come together to celebrate Mother’s Day. House is as depicted in photos and mostly renovated. The screen porch received most of the gathering moments and family conversations. Quiet neighborhood and close to lots. Beds comfy, kitchen surprisingly well stocked. It could use a bigger pot, though. Having the spare room with the Murphy bed came in handy! I would certainly rent this home again.

Great place to stay for Pinehurst wedding.

We were attending a family wedding at Pinehurst and stayed with our two adult children and their partners. It was an ideal location for us. The house is bright with the beautiful green golf course view from most windows. It's at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there's no traffic and very quiet at night. The owner is friendly and helpful We had one small issue related to coffee , but the owner had it resolved very quickly. Highly recommend.
