Spacieux condo 3BR situé sur le 17e fairway du parcours n ° 5 du Pinehurst Resort and Country Club! La chambre principale a un lit King et un lit Queen ainsi qu'une salle de bain avec une nouvelle vanité en granit. La douche principale a également été convertie en une belle douche carrelée. Les planchers de bois franc sont faciles à nettoyer / entretenir et offrent une atmosphère hypoallergénique dans tout le condo. Profitez des vues incroyables sur le parcours de golf depuis le pont arrière bien aménagé. Téléviseurs dans le salon ainsi que dans toutes les chambres. Le salon et la chambre principale disposent de téléviseurs intelligents vous permettant de diffuser des films et des événements à partir de votre Netflix / Hulu / etc. comptes.

The place was very clean. However the room where the washer and dryer were had a bad odor. This odor became worse as the last night the room became unusable. To describe the odor it seemed to smell like feces.

Clean and Comfortable

We had a great visit to the Pinehurst area. The condo is located in the middle of the many golf course options in the area. The condo was perfect for our needs. Updated, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of four with older children who don't want to share a bedroom. We had everything we need to eat in easily. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Stay.

We had a death in the family and needed somewhere to stay for a week with family. Perfect place to come home to after taking care of my mother in-law's house. Everything was lovely except for one thing. The deck was filthy. Covered in pollen and the bees were awful. We had to scrub everything before we could enjoy the deck. Other than that, it was nice.

Nice/convenient Condo

We (4 of us) stayed in Pinehurst 8-9 days for a golf tournament and vacation. Condo was just as pictured really. Property manager arranged for us to stay an extra day very easily since the property wasn't booked. We enjoyed hanging on the balcony and playing cards and Golfopoly game. The main upgrade I'd say is that the couches were not comfortable to sit and watch a movie or hang on. Completely worn out....had boards under cushions to keep it from completely collapsing when you sat on them. Deck was nice. Neighbors were nice, and overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Golf tournament trip

We came in at night so it was pitch black and had a very hard time finding the unit. Cleaning was marginal. The water pressure was awful throughout the house. Barely dribbled out of a few faucets and the showers didn’t have pressure, could barely rinse out the soap in our hair. Beds were fine. Great location for playing courses close by. The neighbors were noisy. Think it was another rental with a big group of men. You can hear everything through the walls. We went and bought sound machines to help with the noise since they stayed up almost the entire night two nights in a row.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property was as described. It was clean with the exception of dead palmetto bugs. The biggest issue for us was that it was obvious cat(s) have been to the property. My wife, who is allergic to cats, upon entering the property immediately had an allergic reaction. Her stay was miserable as she was congested the entire time. This was not due to some illness or cold. This was supposed to a pet free environment. Clearly, it wasn't.

Steve, thank you for taking the time to review the property. I'm very sorry to hear your trip was interrupted by a reaction. However, I can promise you that there have not been any cats in that condo. The owners themselves are highly allergic to animal dander and forbid pets from this property. Further, the cleaners did not note any animal dander/hair during the clean either before or after your stay. I feel bad that your wife had such a time during your stay, but believe there was some other allergen that affected her...perhaps the pollen as we've been experiencing above average temperatures throughout the fall and winter thus far.
