The space

Welcome to Nana’s Cozy Chalet in Poconos.

It is a newly renovated 2 bedroom + attic with 1 Bathroom, which accommodates 6 guests only. Chalet is vintage with modern touch and new appliances.
House in winter is very cozy and during the summer is cool.
This open concept house boasts high ceilings, a wood fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.
Our open kitchen and living room floor provide perfect space for guest to cook and entertain together. Enjoy wood fireplace, morning coffee & Tea.

Chalet is small 1,100 square feet but makes you feel very cozy. You can enjoy board games, chess, fireplace which will keep you entertained.


It is located in Arrowhead lake, PA which is private community and offering access to many amenities such as 2 lakes, 3 swimming pools (summer only), tennis courts, basketball court, billiard room, fitness center, bicycle/boat/paddle board rentals (summer only) Sledding hill and many more. There are plenty of activities for everyone.
Community backs up to state game lands w/ hunting, fishing and walking trail around the lake.

House location is great! which surrounds with great activates approximately 20 minutes to Jack Frost, 30 minutes to Camelback, Mt. Airy Resort, & Kalahari. Great dining in Jubilee restaurant.

Please note in order to enter to gated community following fees needs to be paid at directly to arrowhead association at least 3 days prior.

Arrowhead Community Registration fees are extra and would need to be handled by you.
Once you have booked please send me your e-mail address & Telephone Number so I can start the Rental Registration. You will be sent a link from Arrowhead Lake Community with a form to complete with all guest's names, all vehicle information and wristbands requested. Once you have completed this form, you will be able to handle the association's fee in a separate link.
No payments of any kind will be taken at the association office so please make sure ALL PAYMENTS AND PAPERWORK ARE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Rental Fees:
- $20 Registration Fee ($10 if registration and payment received 5+ days prior to arrival)
- $15 Gate Card Fee (for 2nd and subsequent vehicles) First vehicle is free.
- $2 per day per person Temporary Member Fee (ages 12 and over) in winter season or $8 per day per person in Summer season.
- $25 Late Processing Fee (for registration and payment received 3 days or less prior to arrival)
Renters will be denied access to the Community if registration and payment is not received prior to arrival. Gate cards are NOT interchangeable between cars - $500 FINE, LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT AND YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OUT OF THE ASSOCIATION BY SECURITY.
If you have a last-minute booking, the $25 late registration fee cannot be waived.

Upon arrival, guests are required to stop at the Arrowhead Visitor Center to confirm their vehicle, pick up entry passes, and receive wristbands for all amenities of the community.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask NEXT STEPS: After you book you will receive an email from arrowhead lake association with the link to complete and pay for the Association registration. We will also send you a welcome email with links to more information to help you enjoy your stay.

Other things to note:

- We only rent to group age 25 +
- We do not allow parties; This is not a party house.
- No smoking in the house
- No pets are allowed.
- No shoes allowed.
- This is our house and Thank you for respecting this rule.
- We kindly ask all the guests to respect the house and please clean up and leave it the same condition as you checked in.


Summer - there are fans in every room for your use. The house is on the shady side so stays cool. For winter we have eclectic heater which you can control with thermostat.
The fireplace is a wood burning please use it kindly and careful. Make sure before you start fire open the deem access (you will notice in front of the fireplace open/close lock) once you check out please make sure to lock/close the fireplace.

GARBAGE-There is a garbage and recycle center at the front gate (its same entrance as the Arrowhead association visitors center ).
All guests are required to drop off trash before leaving. There will be someone there to help you with the trash. Please DO NOT put any trash or leave any garbage outside as friendly animals are in the area.

There is High Speed Wi-Fi with no issues.


Early check In/Late check Out-we have arranged cleaning schedules with our caretakers. If an early check in or late check out is requested, we would need to request this with our team at least 48 hrs in advance to see if they accommodate. If they can accommodate, a small fee will be charged.
